My daughter and her dad have been working on this monstrosity for quite some time. The bricks seem to be real brick and the tiles are as well. The windows, gates, and extra pieces are plastic, but great in terms of quality. The floor is a paper, laminated mat that holds all the bricks and sets the scene. You place it between each floor as you mix the “concrete” and lay bricks level by level. The directions are easy to follow and this is a great project as long as you don’t mind tons of pieces and tons of mess!

This is such a cool house construction set. It's perfect for our 11 year old and 5 year old to build, but maybe more geared to the 11 year old. I think it's so cool that it teaches kids about brick and mortar on a small scale. It came with really good instructions that were easy to understand. It has nice laminated floor plans for each floor of the house to build the house on. It seems very durable, it's bricks. It came complete with everything you need to build the whole house including the little railings and trim pieces. It's such a fun educational set and a great value for the price.

This is NOT a lego set. Its actually in some ways better! This was a splurge order and if Im completely honest, I didnt even look closely at the add. I thought I had ordered a Lego set. Instead this has real brick like materials! You build an actual tiny house. In that aspect this is almost better than Legos. This took us a few days and some patience because we would have to allow portions to dry before moving on to the next. The materials were fun to use and this was a great project to put together. The finished look is fantastic and actually resembles a small house. We are hoping to turn ours into a bird out and keep it outside. Its a good size and would be fun to play with as a doll house. Once constructed the house seems pretty durable, but I dont think it could withstand a large bump or drop, so be careful when playing with it. Overall for $3p this has been wonderful and I highly recommend it.

I received this mini house building kit and the kids were thrilled to get started right away. I recieved this Mini House Building Kit for free in exchange for an honest review through the Amazon Vine Program.. This was such a fun and unique diy kit. This was the perfect balnace of easy and challenging, which made this very enaging for my 13 year old. All of the materieals were of a nice and strudy quality. The bricks seemed to be real little bricks, and they were fun to see in action.. The included plastic parts were solid in build. This would make an amazing gift for anyone one who is into stem kits, or legos. It really is sucha fun building project, anyone who is into this sort of thing would love to get this as a gift. Given the quality of the items. and the unique nature of the kit, I would say that this is an exceptional value for the money!

Oh my gosh, miniature builds are my jam. This set is so cute too. Everything miniature that you need to build this adorable mini colonial home. The bricks and tiles are actually real. And they provide all the materials to make the plaster to bind it all together. And as much fun as it is to build, the fun never has to stop. You can wash the plaster off and build it all over again. The pieces are all 1:12 sized; small enough to still be considered “miniature” and big enough to be full of intricate detail. While the bricks and tiles are real, the other pieces such as railing and windows etc are plastic. But even so, the entire kit is made with high quality in mind. All in all I highly recommend this project pastime; it may be economical but it’s not short of invaluable fun!
