Nothing to assemble This little saw holds a charge for 45 minutes at least depending how thick the wood is that you are cutting and charges up again quickly. The cuts are clean. So far I have not had to replace the chain, and I’ve cut back weed trees all the way around our 1/3 acre yard. It’s small but mighty! I had torn my rotator cuff, so could not really lift my arm but I was still able to use this saw due to its compact size. I had shoulder surgery 8 months ago, and have good range of motion now but still can’t lift much weight. This little thing performs great and I can handle it easily. The best part of the design is that it take two hands to start it for safety, but you can still use your other hand once it’s going. Several of my friends have purchased after I went on about how happy I was!

Since I'm not allowed to use a huge chainsaw, I thought I would purchase this small one. Let me tell you. Best. Decision. Ever. I love that I can do yard work without having to hire somebody to cut limbs or bushes. It's very lightweight, cuts great, battery life could be better, but it works and does like it should. Definitely a must have.

I am very happy with my purchase. I wanted the most affordable mini chainsaw and I think this model was it at the time of purchase. When the battery is fully charged the chainsaw works really well! After about 5-10 minutes you’ll notices a drop off in power, and at 15-20 minutes it’ll stop running. It seems to overheat a bit, even after letting it cool down (without recharging the battery) it still will stop running while cutting. If you’re efficient and plan your cuts you should be able to make great use of this mini chainsaw. Realistically if you need more than 15-20 minutes per use, get a small chainsaw. This is perfect for those cuts that are just outside the width of what your loppers can cut. So happy I made the purchase. I took down a smaller tree and really pushed this mini chainsaw to its limits. It only failed me when I ran it past 15 minutes. In the first 15 minutes it doesn’t matter what you ask it to do, it’ll give it everything it has. If you’re looking for a long term answer, this probably isn’t it. For me this was a short term, cheap opportunity for me to continue to take baby steps working my way up to some more powerful (and for me kinda overwhelming) tools. 1 step at a time for me, and this tool didn’t let me down! Just be sure to have the right expectations. I would have gladly paid someone $30 to cut down the tree, and instead now I have a new tool and some new confidence to continue doing my own yard work! This was a good purchase. I was trimming my purple-leaf sand cherry but needed something for slightly thicker branches that I knew my pruning stick could not handle. This worked perfectly, it cut the thicker ones in seconds. I really appreciated the safety baffle and how to operate it (pushing the safety lock in conjunction with the on switch). Even though it's a mini, having these added safety features made using it a little less stressful for me. It arrived fast which I was glad because I wanted to complete this project. It was packaged well through Amazon, however, I did get impression it may gave been a return as some items inside the carrying case were in different areas and cord was not tied down. I contemplated asking for a replacement but as it did not look like it was used and when turned on it worked, I decided to keep it. Overall good purchase and definitely recommend. Make sure to have good footing when using, you may also want to purchase goggles/gloves for added safety.

This light-weight mini chain saw surprised me. Fits in the hand (small woman), Battery life pretty good so far. Comes with extra chain. It has good power. I was able to cut through a Palo Verde Tree branch with a diameter of about 3.5inch to 4inch. May be able to go up to 5 inch or more depending on angle and height of cut. Can hit the branch from different sides to achieve cutting larger diameter but just depends on whether the weight of the wood is expected to fall back onto the blade. This is a mean little saw and it just made my life much easier as opposed to trying to hold up a heavy full size chainsaw. TOTALLY RECOMEND!

Ive used this a few times over the last 2 summers for light duty jobs, cutting small invasive trees, branches which fell on my fence, and neighbors bushes growing into my fence. Basically for anything under 2 inches in diameter it'll tear it off quick. It has held up so far, and even came with some gloves, so whats not to like
