Works Great. I will order the other one with the oiler. Keeping the chain oiled is tricky. Also highly recommend wearing a good pair of gloves so you don’t cut yourself. I have 2 acres and it comes in handy when I need to trim and cut up branches.

Overall I thought it was a great machine especially for the price. Use it about a dozen times until it stopped working. Tested both batteries, that wasn't the issue. It ended up being the motor. I got real hot and smelled burnt. Definitely would not buy again. We'll have to try a different company in this time. "Update!!" After leaving my unsatisfactory review on this product within a matter of hours a representative from the company emailed me with hopes of resolving the issue with the faulty chainsaw. I'll be honest I was quite shocked with response I had from this company. They definitely stand behind your products and if there's any issues they will go above and beyond to make sure the customers happy. And that's exactly what they did. I’ve only used this chainsaw a couple of times so far but I’m seriously happy with it. It is super light weight. I have weakness in my hands and this little thing is really easy to use without causing fatigue. I was quickly able to remove a branch that had dropped from my tree into my neighbor’s yard. It was so easy I ended up going around my yard to find other things to cut down. I was able to clear out quite a few problem trees and still had plenty of charge left, even though it only sat on the charger for 10 minutes before I got too impatient to try it. The case is a little hard to blame. You have to get it JUST RIGHT, but the tool itself is great. I love that it has 2 batteries too. ... show more

I was really pleased with the chainsaw when I first got it..it was put together all I had to do was add the bar oil .. the instructions were vague and a page was missing But it’s easy to use .. it cuts great and I was thinking it was worth the money The only thing was the handle broke the first time I used it .. I had no way to hold it .. I glued it back so I’m hoping it works when I take it back out The two batteries charged great I liked it But was really disappointed the handle broke I can’t use it with no handle to hold Marilyn ... show more

I feel powerful! Being a female with no help around here I decided to just get this to handle some things. It actually works great. I am not strong and have numerous physical difficulties with neck and shoulders, but can handle this little powerhouse. I took off a star because the protective shield that goes over your hand, broke right out of the box. The safety goggles broke before putting them on too. The battery doesn't last very long and its usually a pain to get back over to the house to get the other one... if it's charged, but I'm still happy that I can handle somethings myself. I'm sure it has saved me a few hundred dollars of hired labor at this point and much more to come. ... show more
