This is such a nice little chain saw! Fits nicely in my hand, not heavy, and battery has a fairly good life. The battery charges fast too! I have gotten so much done with this since I started using it last week! Today my 11 year old grandson used it, with me watching, and he loved it. It’s so very easy to use! I love to my hand held change song.It works really nice.My only issue is with it.It doesn't have a very long battery life.The battery runs out before.I have a chance to fill up my bucket It cuts really nice. It's easy to handle. I just wish it came with 2 batteries.

I find this to be a fantastic value!! Very easy to use. Really like that it’s easy to switch from the pole tree trimmer to the hand trimmer. I can very easily trim my huge picker bush, using the pole. Now I don’t have to get up and personal with it. This is a comfortable weight for me. I’m able to trim my overhead tree branches. I’m a more mature woman with not as strength as I once had. The adjustable angle of the trimmer works fantastic! I highly recommend this for the average home owner! Very pleased with this purchase!!

I have some overgrown hedges. This little chainsaw cut through a bunch of thick branches with ease. I had given up on them because my hedger couldn’t get through the branches and a regular chainsaw was too big for me. This little thing is perfect. When the battery dies. It dies. I thought I had broken it, because it just stopped working without warning or slowing. Just plug it back in and you’ll be good to go.

Setting the scene here. My husband has used the BIG chainsaws for more years than most can count. He’s felled MANY large trees so he knows his way around a chainsaw. Except for this one. Should be easy, right? Not when it comes without the manual and warranty information. Nothing. Nada. Zip. Zero. I have spent so many hours on the Internet looking for downloadable information, videos, seller contact information, and doing a live chat with an Amazon rep with no solutions. It looks like it would be a very handy tool for maintaining our property. But we can’t even start it up because … wait for it … we can’t find out where to put the bar oil!! Reminder … my husband has done this for years. We have had others come over to see if they could solve the mystery. No luck there either. If ANYONE here can point me to a phone number, manual, warranty information, etc., I would really appreciate it. Otherwise, I will return the chainsaw and head to a local big box store where I can find some costumer service. If we can ever get it running, I will revise this review to include how well it works.
