Well worth the money for most home projects! Cuts like butter through up to 2” limbs. I took down some tree branches and was amazed how fast the job went. No oil, no gas, no muss or fuss. Just put it together, tighten and push the button. With the two batteries you get about an hour of continuous use, maybe less. After that you should disassemble, recharge the batteries, clean, reoil the chain and reassemble for round 2. Lightweight and easy on the wrists, good chains that cut well (so far), and a plastic case that holds it all. Very convenient. And not complaint is that the batteries are not compatible with the same company’s grass and mini hedge trimmer.

I have somewhat weak wrists and this little saw is not too heavy for me to use. At one point the chain came off, but i was able to put it back on in no time at all. I put the saw through a bunch of work, and granted, some of the branches I wanted to cut up (probably more than 6" diameter), were a bit too much to handle. All in all, a very good machine with a great battery life. I am not sure how long they would last; however, they did noy tun out of juice while I was using the machine.

What a great tool! This works very well. I am 73 years old and terrified of power tools. The instruction manual is awful so I watched several YouTube videos. It comes with 2 batteries but I could not slide one of them in. There are no directions on how to properly maintain the chainsaw. I used this great tool to clear out an overgrown area in my yard. It does cut through tree limbs. I was really impressed. The gloves are good size for me but would probably not fit a larger hand. The tools provided are good. The eye protection glasses were flimsy so I used a pair I already had. Overall I am very happy with my purchase. I have used this tool for several months now. It is great! I have cleared an overgrown area for flowers next year. I had a hugh holly bush that I have managed to almost cut to the ground. It cut branches that were almost 3 inches thick.

This little powerhouse is one of the best things I've bought on Amazon in the last couple of years. The price is so low that the risk is minimal. If it didn't work I could just return it. But right out of the box, this mini chainsaw was a delight. It cut through branches like a hot knife through butter, and the battery lasted longer than I did: By that I mean that I had cut everything I wanted the first day and there was still plenty of juice left. I used it again over the next two or three days before I recharged it. I had been planning to have a professional come and do some yard cleanup (limbs, branches, small trees) after a storm. But with this remarkable little chainsaw, I was able to accomplish all the work myself. Even the brush removal was minimized, since I could so easily cut branches down into small logs for the fireplace. The savings of not having to hire additional help has now paid for the chainsaw at least ten times over so far, and it's still working fine. I'm delighted to offer such a great review. This little dynamo really delivers! Some caveats: I'm a fairly fit man, generally handy and comfortable with power tools. Although this tool so small and easy to handle that it actually looks like a toy, it is very powerful. In the wrong hands it could really hurt someone. I would advise extreme caution if there are any children around. It has good safety measures built into it, but any power tool can be dangerous if used improperly. Since this is designed to cut things, and since it works very well, it is more dangerous than most other power tools. Be sure that it's used only by responsible adults.

This is a great product at an attractive price. It includes a nice case with gloves, safety glasses, charger, and an extra battery. It's lightweight and easy to handle, so my wife is also able to use it. I was amazed at how such a small tool can cut through a 2 inch limb on a tree. A minor criticism is that the safety button is on the left side of the handle under the thumb for a right-handed person. Not so good for a southpaw.

Update:well it didn't make it a year before it died and stopped working so I got about 4 months of use out of it total but had it for 7 months. I might pull it apart and find out why it stopped working if I do I'll update so people know what to watch out for This saw has come in really handy. I use it around my yard alot and use it to trim shooting lanes for hunting durn the off season. It has also been helpful for brushing in duck blinds. I wish I would have bought one sooner. The batteries last a long time and charge good. The only problem I have found is that when I'm using it alot. It will stop working and I have to disconnect the battery and then put the battery back on but that's not a big deal to me.
