I bought this to get the branches hitting my window of my house. The mini saw comes with two batteries. Easy to use. I was able to saw off branches that were approx 4inches in length. Also it was good to cut my bush scrubs in front of my house. I must say this little saw was fun to use.

I like having 2 batteries, 2 chains, and a solid case. Easy to use after getting use to not releasing the trigger too soon so I wouldn't have to hit the safety button so often. The pictures are before and after trimming. It's light weight and handles good on small to medium branches. F.P.

I like the saw. Tried it out right away. However I am returing it because the chain loosened up. The directions were no help in trying to tighten it back. I took the saw and the guard off to try and figure it out with no success. When putting the guard back on I noticed it did not stay on top of the blade anymore. Watched several youtube videos that did not help either. Glad I saw the flaws after having it only 2 days. ... show more

I purchased this saw, and liked it immediately. It is easy to use, light, ready as soon as needed, and powerful. Unfortunately after 79 days ownership, with little more than light use, the motor stopped running. The LED light still worked, and the batteries were fully charged, so I contacted the seller requesting a replacement, detailing my findings. Over the next week, the supplier suggested “The batteries were not fully charged”, and that “I send pics of the non working saw!!??”, and also wanted me to remove the bar and chain to see if it would then work. What is the point of a working saw that won’t work with the bar and chain fitted?? I eventually suggested that if I did not get satisfaction, I would contact Amazon. They failed to reply, so I contacted Amazon, and within a 5 minute conversation, a replacement saw was organized to be sent out to me. Hopefully, I was just unlucky and the replacement will be a better saw longevity wise than the first one, but be warned, if there is a problem, it will be a struggle to get it rectified without Amazon’s help.
