The hamper has cut out handles below the lid. There was a slight cut out tear in the handle on the left side. It has cut our hands. E we’re just careful with it then. Now it is ripping more and more and will be unusable soon. Hardly can avoid the tear now.

I needed a Hamper with a lid. Our German Shepard started to steel socks and underwear from my Hamper without a lid. So far this Hamper is sturdy and the lid is solid and good, and the dog is no longer steeling clothes.

It’s a very good hamper. Sturdy, deep, has air holes and a great lid. I was very specific on what I actually needed in a hamper because I was replacing an old wicker one that served a dual purpose because my fan sat on it at the perfect height so I could feel it while in bed.. so I measured how tall I needed it to be & the lid needed to be flat & sturdy. This worked out perfectly. It’s better than I expected & even better than my old one. Not at flimsy. Great deal for the price.
