I wanted a set of black hampers with lids for my son’s bathroom. These are your typical plastic hampers, so I wouldn’t say they are justified by their price. They’re not flimsy, but they’re not a hard sturdy plastic as I would expect considering the outrageous price. I attempted to cancel my order before they had shipped, and Amazon wouldn’t do so (idk why they wouldn’t). Anyway, I decided to keep them as they are aesthetically appealing and will hopefully hold up without breaking as I’ve seen in other reviews and their photos. I purchased a set of 3 Mainstay White hampers from Walmart for $21, and they’re a true thick heavy duty Plastic. I love them, but they didn’t come in black. Either way, these hampers are nice, but they’re too overpriced in my opinion ... show more

I got so tired of his dirty clothes piling up and spilling over to the floor. - He adapted to this immediately. It came with the lid attached. The lid is so easy to open and close with everyday use; no snapping in place, etc. It's ventilated without being able to easily make out the dirty clothes inside. It's sturdy and doesn't fall over. There's an open gap handhold (See pic.) It fits our space. - I am really happy with it and my husband is using it without a complaint! I don't really need a new hamper, but I like the lid so much I'm thinking of replacing my old hamper with one of these also. ... show more

I like these a lot. They are nice and slim, but tall enough that they hold a lot. Not sure about durability yet, the tops seem cheaply made/flimsy like it will snap off easily, but so far so good!

There was nothing wrong with the previous hamper that we had except that it had very large vent holes that my puppy would stick his nose into and try to pull out our clothes. So, I went to Amazon searching for a puppy proof hamper. This one had great reviews, so I ordered it. I am not disappointed. The quality is the best. It does not take up much space and has a lid which our other one did not. I bought the blue one, and if a clothes hamper can be pretty, it is. And my puppy cannot get into it. ... show more
