TLDR; My kids love it but it is quite slippery and takes some getting used to for little ones. Recently, I chose to redo my children's bedroom after they asked to share one. My oldest's favorite color is purple and my youngest's favorite color is blue and they specifically wanted a galaxy/space room. It is still a work in progress regarding walls, but this rug has done an amazing job tying the color and theme together! It is perfect for the space between their two twin beds. The bottom of the rug sits well on the carpet without sliding but I do believe that if I had hardwood or LVP in their room that I would need to place some sort of rubber/adhesive rug no-slip underneath. The one drawback of it, and I'm sure it will become less so with time, is that it is SO incredibly soft, thus slippery. It is not padded or soft in the sense of ergonomics, but the material that makes up the rug is almost satin feeling and slides underfoot. This was a little bit of a surprise as I anticipated it feeling more like a cotton-blend rug. My kids haven't fallen yet but if they're running around their room, I'm sure it's only a matter of time.

I’ve had a little over a month! This is the result the first time I ran my Roomba vacuum over it! I am shocked and appalled by the damage considering, I spent over $100 for this rug! It is high area walkway And has been vacuumed! Who knew such an expensive Roomba or, such an ill crafted rug What do or provide this much damage it’s definitely not the vacuum because, no other rug has ever done this and I’ve had my rugs for well over five years!
