I was surprised with how well this worked, I have been dealing with slow drains for years. I have used commercial drain snakes on three occasions just to get rid of clogs but it never lasted long and what a mess removing the toilets to get access to the plumbing. I tried the sewer jetting and it was so easy just to put it down the vent pipes all the way to the septic tank. I used it with a 3500psi 4 gpm pressure washer and had to turn the pressure down some. It pulled itself all the way through and cleaned the whole drain pipe. My house has 3 baths and the kitchen drains each with it's own vent pipe on the roof. I had someone in the house listening to track the progress and as it passed by the toilets it blew water out of the bowls. Just be ready for it. Now all the drains are as clean as new and the mysterious odor has disappeared. ... show more

You will need a decent pressure washer to use this. It broke through the clog after changing the tip a few times and did a good job of cleaning the pipe.

I bought this kit because I have periodic back up on the 4 inch sewer drain. The nozzles are small and I think designed for smaller pipes. I have a background in sewer jetting, something consider is that when a pipe is full of water a jetting nozzle is less effective. However if you can get the line to drain or you can come at the blockage from the downstream side, they can be very effective. I like and am satisfied with this kit and it capabilities but plan to use it more for maintaining and preventing blockages than for clearing them. ... show more

    • This Sewer Jetter Kit Works Great for Unclogging Sewer Lines!!

Bought this last year and forgot to review it. It arrived overnight and I needed it to deal with a monster clog that was past where my auger of any use. I started out using the spray tip that only sprays forward. Quickly found out that the tips that also have a backward spraying feature work the best because they pull themselves through the pipe. The one that only sprays forward was unusable for my issue. So I fed it in and used my pressure sprayer handle to power the spraying. My favorite tip is the one that sprays backward and also has a circular pattern spray all in one tip. I inserted that one into the sewer line, pushing and pulling whenever it would hit resistance...until it got me all the way through the line. It broke everything up in the sewer line and made life great again!! ... show more

Pays for itself the first use. Connects to pressure washer. Put it in the pipe FIRST!! Then turn on the water and pressure washer. It literally pulls itself into the pipe with a little help. Once you get to a clog, work it back and forth until the clog breaks up. I’ve used it on 5 homes so far!!! Easier to feed down roof vent pipes and drain pipes. Easier to handle than a snake drain. Just received mine today and attached the jet head to the hose and coupler, Then I wanted to recoil it in larger loops after laying it out to mark with electrical tape the 25, 50 & 75 foot. As I was coiling it back up in larger loops. it kinked really easy. So easy I wasn't expecting it. So be careful with the hose. . It's more flexible than I expected. I hope it's not damaged just by coiling it back up in a 3X looser coil than how it arrived. ... show more

Can’t handle the psi it states, hoses leak at attachment points and 2nd hose completely blew out. Gave them a chance to replace the original, didn’t get to use the replacement hose until after return window closed, but it’s actually worse than the first. Don’t even have the hose attached to anything that could put out the max psi listed. Not worth it, buy something else! ... show more
