This is great for the price. I am usually a small or a medium. I ordered the small and it was a little big. It has some rouching on the waist, so if it is at all big, the rouching bunches a bit weird. So, I returned my original one and got an XS and it fits great.

Regarding the size of this skirt, I usually wear a medium sized skirt, but I chose to order this appropriately sized for me to wear to the office, so I ordered it in a large. It was definitely the safest way to go and I am glad I got it bigger than it being too tight to wear, but I could have sized this one down and still worn it to the office. When I first opened this skirt, I thought it was way too big for me, but after trying it on, it fits really well for the office or other professional engagements. The material is what you would expect from a vegan leather product. It doesn’t look like real leather at all, but has a nice look for what it is and it actually fits the description pretty well. It holds wrinkles, which is a bit unsightly. The color is a deep wine, burgundy red. It is thick and has a sewn in slip that is smooth and isn’t made of an itchy material. As I mentioned, I bought this skirt to wear to the offie, but I could very well see myself buying it in a size small to wear on a date or girls night out. I handwashed this skirt in cold water and laid it out to dry because of my own experience with washing and drying vegan leather items. It still looked great after washing and I didn’t see a lot of red dye in the washer tray.

The skirt was baggy in the back with the elastic and you can’t tell from picture it has one side in the front that pleats and gathers making it look uneven or almost sewn wrong! Loved the length and split level in back but that’s all

This skirt isn’t genuine leather—but honestly, I don’t care. It nails the look without the suffocating “real leather rules” (you know, the ones where you can’t eat, can’t breathe, can’t even sip water).
