Love the design - however, because it's not 100% lined, the bottom part of the skirt (no matter what I do to it) clings to my legs from the static created. its AWFUL!!!!!! I've sprayed my legs with water, hair spray. I've put safety pins in the hem of the skirt - NOTHING works. I end up not wearing it.
