I really love these chairs. They are awesome! They are very sturdy and great quality. They actually arrived before they said they would, which was nice. They were in perfect condition and all the parts were there. They are easy to put together. The only reason I gave them 4 stars in because the first chairs I ordered were a little darker than the picture so unfortunately they didn't match my kitchen. So I ordered the lighter ones and was going to send back the darker chairs. So I contacted the seller and they approved my return. However, they said it is difficult for them to receive a return. The return label indicated I would need to pay the shipping. That was disappointing because now I have three chairs I don't need and I have to pay to send them back. However the seller worked with me and gave me a very generous discount that made it worth my time to keep them and sell them on my own. I would highly recommend these chairs, but just make sure they are what you want so you won't need to return them.

5/5/23: The Minceta counter height bar stool is well constructed and has an elegant look. It is a good value for the price. But, in our case, the color ("Cream") ended up as off-white - more white than cream. Plus the seat on 1 of 3 stools was not comfortable. So the chairs needed be returned. BE AWARE: While the online description of the stool item says "returns authorized" it does not mean the return shipping is free. Even though NOT stated, the Purchaser is required to pay for the return. We learn this when we requested a free return from the Seller and received only a shipping label, which required me to paid freight cost. We contacted Amazon Customer Services (the online Chat option works well) and they stated they would contact the Seller and, if an accommodation could not be reached, they would "help" with the shipping cost. We and Amazon requested the Seller to step-up and pay the return shipping. In return the Seller offered a additional 30% discount if we would just keep the stools - we think that was very generous and would have accepted it if we could have lived with the stool color, but we can't. So, we again contacted the Seller and Amazon and requested that they paid the return shipping (Note: for us to pay the Fedex shipping would have cost about $180, the Seller's cost, as a discount shipper, would be about half of that). 5/13/23: The Seller capitulated and agreed to pay the shipping, as well as, to give a full refund for the purchase price - GOOD FOR THEM. LESSON LEARNED: It pays to be proactive. Amazon Customer Services can be very helpful when problems arise, which does often happen with 3-party Sellers.

These stools were easy to assemble - there were no missing pieces, and everything fit together precisely. I assembled them myself without any trouble, but it would be easier and faster if you have someone to hole the components while you install the bolts. The fabric covering appears to be very durable. I would evaluate the comfort level for seating as fair, but that may be because I'm too old for counter stools, and I find most of them not terribly comfortable. I'm glad we purchased these.

Easy to put together and very sturdy for price. Only dropping a star because they are very stiff to swivel (I'm going to see if good old WD40 will help) and they are a bit firmer than I would have liked. Other stools I was trying had more of a concave seat, this is different, you sit more on top of the cushion that doesn't have a lot of give, like maybe it has too much stuffing. But you get used to it and it's comfortable and supportive. I'm buying two more to complete my breakfast bar.

This comes with pictures only. No written instructions. It is not hard but I mixed up some of the screws due to a very small diagram. We fixed it and are very happy with the stool.

I ordered 4 chairs, after I got the first one assembled it was incredibly easy to assemble the last 3. I too, like other customers received a set of legs that were the same, but it was no big deal! I reached out to the company they responded within 24 hours, 2 days later I had new legs delivered! Awesome customer service! I have the chairs at my kitchen island, I am 5’10 and my mother in law is 5’3”, we both find these chairs incredibly comfortable. I would highly recommend them.
