I ordered 3 bar stools. They arrived in 2 boxes. One box contained 2 disassembled stools(they must be assembled). This box was fairly heavily damaged. The contents weren't damaged but a couple parts were missing. Also, the stools were shipped out of California; I live in Ohio. Watching tracking, the shipment, via FedEx, was stuck in CA for 3 days due to weather. Bottom line: once I contacted Minceta things happened quickly. They communicated continuously, were friendly, attentive and helpful. They overnighted the missing parts, assembled the stools, and they are very good quality. Very adorable stools!! They are not perfect but overall a 9/10. Perfect for my elderly mom with bad knees. The back support is perfect. They are very comfortable. Some bigger people may find the cushion a bit short under the thighs but overall we are very pleased. We don't use them all so we will be rotating them on a weekly basis to avoid wear and tear on the same chairs. In addition, I can't say enough about the manufacturer... I reported a small nick on one of the backs and I they were back in touch RIGHT AWAY!! They made it right immediately. I definitely recommend. ... show more

I first want to compliment this company. They make a good quality product and stand behind it. One of my stools arrived damaged. The box that it was delivered in was damaged. When I text the company they sent me a replacement immediately. It arrived faster than the original order. My thanks to the Minceta. I only have one tip when putting the stool together. In my pictures above you’ll see two swivel plates that connect the seat to the legs. In picture (1) that is the way it comes. In picture (2) It is turned. You have to hold one and turn the top or bottom so that the bolt wholes allow you to connect to the legs and the top of the swivel plate connects to the seat. ... show more

I have three kids and was looking for a stool that looked nice, but was easy to keep clean. These are perfect! We have the bar height ones and my toddler climbs into it without tipping it, they are very sturdy. They wipe clean super easily as well which is great.
