This chair is perfect for our kitchen island. The finish, look and the feel is amazing. I have purchased 3 of them and was able to assemble all the three within 30-40 minutes. We are sitting in this all time and having our breakfast, lunch and dinner at the Island. The seat has more cushion and the correct level of firmness and I want it to stay the same for long time. The swivel is good and the round metal foot rest is perfect too. We had issue with one of the chair and when I contacted the seller they were very prompt in responding to my query and resolved it in a timely manner. They sent the replacement as soon as possible and were very sorry about the inconvenience caused. They put the customer satisfaction first and I really like that quality with this seller. ... show more

    • Great value if you can live with the shallow seat depth
The quality seems great considering the price I paid. Here’s the breakdown of various features: • Assembly: Very easy. Went together quickly and all parts fit together well. • Fabric: Soft considering that it’s a performance fabric. Between messes made by holiday guests (including kids) and a few cooking mishaps we had the opportunity to test the stain resistance several times. Everything came off very easily and the chairs still look brand new. The grey is a little bit lighter than I’d prefer, but it’s reasonably close to the pictures here. • Frame: very stable. It has a nice clean look and the ring is at a comfortable height for me • Overall comfort: the cushion is soft enough that I worry how well it will hold up long term, but for now feels plush and comfortable. The seat depth is very shallow, especially if you have longer legs. This is the major con for me. It’s not impossible to sit comfortably in the chair, but it takes some getting used to. Overall I am pleased with all three chairs, and would recommend them to anyone who feels they can work around the seat depth issue. ... show more

Easy assembly. Excellent quality. Only down fall the length of seat I found short for me. I have a 33” leg and the seat is only 15” long. I found it to be about 3-4 inches too short. If you have short legs I highly recommend this stool. The company was very accommodating in finding out my disappointment in the seat. I bought six of these. I recently remodeled my kitchen and wanted chairs like this for that finishing touch. These are perfect! I love the color, they are the perfect height, and they are very comfortable. They were even easy to assemble! Be sure you pay attention to the weight limits on these though. I think it says weight limit is 250 lbs. Whatever it is, don’t exceed that limit because they mean it when they say 250 lbs. ... show more

I like the look. I wish they had an option of solid gray instead of the heather gray. I was also looking for some with fancy brads but it was hard to find ones I liked. So instead I added them myself to the chairs! Now I like them even more! And the heather gray is growing on me. The cushion is slightly firm, and I feel like I’m sliding down forward when sitting in them, but I think once they’re broken in a little bit they’ll get more comfortable. ... show more
