We ordered a total of 5 stools. One stool had a couple of tears in the upper corners upon opening. We reached out right away to the seller and received a very quick response with an offer to replace. Seller was super easy to work with and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend this seller to others. The stools themselves were very easy to assemble and are quite sturdy and comfortable. Initially, we bought the beige gray chair and it wasn’t quite the color we wanted. We bought the gray color chair to compare. We liked the second chair better and needed to return the first one. I recently moved and my kitchen came with an island. My previous home didn’t so I didn’t own any counter height barstools. I spent about two weeks going through furniture stores, ikea, Lowe’s, Home Depot and target, couldn’t find any stocked inventory. I decided to search on Amazon but was skeptical because I didn’t want to receive something not sturdy or comfortable. These were on sale and I took a chance, the assembly was incredibly easy with clear directions, the fabric on the chair feels amazing and the cushion could have you sitting on these for hours with no butt or back pain. One of the chairs did come with a missing bolt, but customer service didn’t waste a second in sending a replacement part to correct the issue. I highly recommend these chairs because they look great, are super sturdy, extremely comfortable and the best part, they’re easy to clean and leave looking brand new.

One of the cushions came damaged and the seller immediately replaced it within days. They were easy to contact and very responsive. I would definitely buy from them again!
