The shipping was quick and the product was easy to assemble, took me 15 minutes (if that long). The chairs are comfortable and looks good at my kitchen island. Two chairs in the order, but I have a large island, so I made two purchases. "Disclaimer"- The chair works perfectly, you have to remove the little black holder on the bottom of the gas strut for it to go up and down! The part that connects to the base of the chair, look on the bottom and remove the black holder, the instructions do not mention it, but that should not be the cause of a bad review. The only thing is that the pieces do not lock in place, so if you pick up the chair, the pieces will slide away from eachother, but that's okay, it is lightweigh, has versatility, sturdy and a good value for your money.

Pretty much one of the very best purchases (as far as value goes) that I’ve made since moving and decorating my new home. I spent a great deal of time shopping for a pair of kitchen stools all over the internet and considered many that were quite expensive, but ultimately am very happy I settled on these. They are sturdy (my husband is 190 lb and 6’ tall for reference and he finds them sturdy too), very nicely made, a great color (I ordered khaki which is more of a taupe/grey), extremely comfortable, and the style is neutrally modern without the dated detailing that many stools have now. The stainless steel pedestal base, footrest, and adjustable lever were also a must for me. Very very happy!!

These are GREAT chairs! They are comfortable and sturdy. The ONLY comment I have is that you cannot raise them while you are sitting on them - unless you have a foot on the floor. You can easily lower them or adjust them "Downward" - while you are sitting on them. I had an issue and contacted the Manufacturer and they were SO RESPONSIVE and totally took care of my issue!!! I purchased (2) initially. I am thinking about purchasing more of the same chairs for another area of my home. LOOK NO FURTHER - I tried several others... THESE ARE A WINNER!

The stools are beautiful and have great quality. One of the seats came with a minor defect. I contacted the seller and very quickly I had a new piece delivered. I would def recommend it and buy from them again.

The stools are very comfortable and made well. We had a minor issue with one of the stools and the manufacturer was very responsive in a fast and timely manner. We only ordered two stools at the time, but we will be ordering two more soon. The stools clean up very well.

These chairs were perfect to go with my kitchen remodel. They were easy to put together. There was an issue with the order, but the company was easy to work with and was able to promptly resolve the issue; great customer service.
