I think this chair is worth the purchase because it's comfortable, supportive and aesthetically pleasing for being a work chair. I just got this chair and built it so I am still taking some time to really see how it goes and so far so good! The instructions were easy to follow and 1 person will be able to do it by themselves but of course 2 people would be a little easier so that 1 person can hold the chair while the other puts on the chair cushion part to the base. I built it by myself in under 45 minutes. My chair came with product warranty I could register for but the QR code did not work. I emailed support and they emailed me back very quickly and helped me with getting registered right away and even sent me a free gift of lumbar support cushion that you can attach to your chair. I recommend this chair and this company if your looking for an affordable and supportive chair.

I've had this chair for over 2 years now at my office. I bought it myself as my work provided chair had stated causing me severe back pain. This was easy to assemble and has been comfortable for working in 8-10hrs/day. My back pain has since become significantly decreased, with me no longer needing to take prescription medication daily to manage the pain. I will also note that I weigh over 250lbs and have had no issues with the chair, so the weight capacity seems fairly accurate. Certainly it isn't the best chair that exists, I know I could have gotten a nicer chair if I spent more money for something fancier, but I don't make the kind of money to be able to afford to spend a bunch out of pocket for my own chair at work. For how much this chair cost, it meets my needs and does what it claims to. All-in-all I can't say I have any complaints with this chair, it's really exactly what I expected when I ordered.

Update: Well they were nice enough to send me a new model of their chair even after I already returned and got a refund. So I am giving an update on it The arms are solid. There is no side to side play in them like before. I do wish they were adjustable in height or even better, have the ability to lock in place so my elbows can rest on the armrests. I am 6'1" so my elbows hover right above them. The tilt lock works well now. Before if I leaned back when it was locked upright, I could hit a 45 degree angle, was way too much play. There is a little lean but its perfectly fine. As for the leaning to the back right side, it doesn't do that on this one. I am not a small person but I am under the weight limit for this chair but even then I still feel this is suited for a normal sized person. While it feels comfortable ( compared to the last one ), I can't see this holding up too long for someone pushing the weight limit. I know its rated for 300lbs and I am at 250lbs but I can see this being a perfect chair for a teen, petite women or people generally under 200lbs. It is also a light chair due to the material. Changed my rating to 4 stars ( was at 2 ). Do to the changes made and how persistent the company was with addressing my issues when they didn't even have too Original Review: Its not metal/alloy. Seat arms and backrest are like a 3D printed material. That surprised me. Arms have a bit too much play side to side. About an inch to inch and a half play actually. They only have one position so can't raise them if your elbows don't reach. The tilt lock, so the back doesn't tilt backwards hardly works well at all. I can lean back when its locked upright and still hit a 45 degree angle. Its also dipping down to the right side when i lean back for some reason. The lumbar slider feels good. Head rest should be more forward as your head only hits if if you leaned back all the way and even then there is no support on it. Its useless. If anything its a negative because light pressure on the headrest, when moving the chair, it bends the top of the chair back since its connected right to the top frame. Would i buy again? No. Maybe for $50 but not at $100+. Only got this because I hurt my back and needed lumbar support and read this was a good budget buy. Its not an everyday chair, i might even say its not for someone over 200lbs either. I can't see this thing lasting for a year. Will be sending it back when I am physically able too as I currently am dealing with herniated discs in back

For the price, this chair is actually really well made and does not feel cheap at all. I was surprised at the build quality of the pieces when I was putting it together. It even came with little cotton gloves for protection! It’s very comfortable, rolls well, looks great, and has nice back support to keep me from slouching. My only small complaint would be the height levels; It sits very low so if you’re shorter in stature this might not be for you unless you get some sort of extra cushion, but then the back rest might not feel right. I’m 5’9 which seems to be the perfect height for this chair. Overall, I’m pretty happy with my purchase, and was even impressed by it.

I bought this chair because I have frequent lower back pain. I work from home most days for at least 8 hours, and I am also a part-time student, so I sit at my computer A LOT. I needed a good, comfortable chair that wouldn't break the bank but would support my lower back. I have been using it for a week now, and my back feels so much better! I love it so much, and I love the various color options (I got pink!). The lumbar support and height are adjustable, and you can also adjust the chair to lean back if you want that (or not!). It probably took me about 45 minutes to assemble it by myself while watching TV and drinking wine. It was not difficult to assemble at all. I am so glad I got this chair, and I highly recommend it. My back feels a lot better now.

Love the chair so much! I work from home and I’ve found the chair to be very comfortable and supportive. Also, it’s hard to find a chair that is supportive AND cute, but this one does it both! I love the shade of green. It does not recline back but I prefer that as I do not like chairs that fold super far back. I also appreciate how easy it is to adjust the back of the chair to ensure my lower back is being supported.
