The media could not be loaded. This is a great chair. I’m really happy with my purchase, especially for the price! The foam of the seat is firm, which I appreciate, knowing it will wear and soften over time. It adjusts very well, and I appreciate the adjustable lumbar support the most. The parts all move pretty well and seem to function appropriately for their design, no complaints there. I only have 2 problems to note about the build/design. One problem I have is the connection between the arm and the seat. That connection, which uses a bolt and screw, is not as secure as I would like it to be, and It allows some wiggle of the arms horizontally. Not much of a problem at all, but worth noting for build quality and assembly. My second note is about the headrest. The headrest sits a little bit too far behind my head, making it difficult to actually use the headrest for neck support. It is adjustable vertically, but not horizontally. I would love the headrest to either be built a bit further forward from the chair back, or be adjustable on that axis in some way. Either way, this chair is super comfortable! I would say it’s well worth the investment, especially with the 5 year warrantee that comes in the chair package, which took just a short email to sign up for. I am really happy with this chair and the customer support!

I recently bought this chair and I absolutely love it! As a student and an engineer who spends a lot of time sitting, this chair has been amazing for my back. It's extremely comfortable and supportive for long hours of work and study. The after-sales service was also outstanding — they were very helpful and replied to my questions much faster than I expected. I'm really impressed with their support and kindness. As someone who works from home, and also does most of their hobbies at a desk (gaming, crafts, etc.), it is really important to me to have a high quality chair and this has not disappointed. In my previous chair, my back would ache after working all day from an uncomfortable chair. However, that pain is entirely gone after switching to this chair. I like that the lumbar support can be moved up, although it isn't the greatest at staying put if you move it to the highest position. The seat cushion is very comfortable and hasn't flattened at all yet. I have a few small complaints: 1) The chair started to squeak only a few months into use, which is mildly annoying for how new it is. 2) I have to constantly tighten the chair arms as they will become more loose than I would like. 3) When assembling, the screw holes on one side of the cushion were misaligned, so it was very difficult to screw in the back of the chair. Overall, this is a great chair and I would purchase again!

I bought my chair about 10 months ago. I wanted something that fit my decor, had a comfortable seat, had a good price point, and was reasonably ergonomic as I use it about 4-8 hours daily. Also, I wasn't too sure about buying sight unseen, but Amazon definitely had better prices and options than local stores. I've been absolutely thrilled with this chair. PROS - So pretty, modern, and streamlined! I bought the orchid, and it's even better than the pictures. A very even pink/purple that actually complements the pink accents I have without everything being pink. Looks much more expensive than it is. - Great airflow. The open mesh back has been wonderful in summer. I have a fan next to my desk, and it blows air through the back, which is amazing. - Lots of ergonomic features for the price point. Head rest (moves up and down with some flex) and arm rests (not adjustable, but you can flip them up if they're in the way). The back can be locked in place or rock with a flip of a lever under the chair. Somewhat adjustable lumbar support (moves up and down a bit), which I do find comfortable without additional padding. AND, the instructions say they can send you a shorter or longer gas lift cylinder and extra lumbar support. Kind of wild. - Wide seat. I like to sit in a figure 8, or with my legs on a footrest, and this chair is great for that. - Materials look and feel great. Everything smooth and functioning. Fabric is a tweed-like blend. Not plush, but not scratchy. (Orchid doesn't have a matching seat cushion cover, but customer service has said they'll send me a pink one for free.) Mesh is soft but supportive. Plastic smooth and rounded, no rough edges. - Price point. With sales / discounts, it's impossible to find at a local store for that price with all the pros I've listed (and delivered to your door!). - Assembly. It wasn't any harder to assemble than any other chair I've bought. You have to do a little hard pressure to get things in place, and took about 30 min. to assemble. - AMAZING customer service/WARRANTY. More details below. CONS - After months of daily use, I did notice the cushion gets a bit flatter. - The white cap screw covers on the arms keep falling off. I finally just stuck them in a drawer as they're just aesthetic. - I was leaning back one night, and heard something crack. A screw had fallen out from the bottom of the chair, and the hole was stripped. I remembered the warranty and contacted customer service (attaching pictures of the issue). I received a reply within a day (time zone difference), with a confirmation that they were sending me a NEW CHAIR for free, which I received in a couple days. I am pretty sure even a chair purchased at a local store for twice as much won't receive extremely fast customer service like that after 10 months of use, no hassle. I can't recommend this vendor enough. It's amazing to see such high-quality customer service matched with a great product at a very fair price point. Buy with confidence. :)
