This is the second chair I've purchased from this company, for good reasons. Not only are their products an excellent value for the money, they'd be excellent even if they cost a good bit more. Additionally, this company's customer service is astoundingly good. I had a very, very minor problem with the first chair I bought -- a problem resulting from shipping, not the fault of the company -- a representative returned my message the following day, and the replacement part arrived a few days later. In short: everything about this chair works as it should, the seat and back are very comfortable, and it's clearly solidly constructed. There's probably not much else you could ask for from a work chair other than that it be pleasing to the eye, which--my pictures will show you--this one is. Its design is clean and uncluttered design, without its looking at all industrial or merely utilitarian. I'm a guitarist, and find the flip-up arms particularly useful. They operate easily and smoothly, and if you raise them, they stay raised until you put them down. This model will be ideal for practice and for the stage.

I had my last chair for 5 years, and while it was a good chair its padding was toast and started to leave my bottom and legs very uncomfortable after 30-60 min of sitting. I did a lot of searching, found this chair and decided to give it a try. So glad i did! The adjustable lumbar support is very nice and works for me and my roommate with a 8” height difference. Helps alot to keep my posture correct. The mesh back is great on hot days. The padded seat is very comfortable, i sit on the chair at my desk for a few hours and feel no discomfort like my previous chair. The wheels roll very smoothly on thick carpet. Was very easy to assemble and included detailed instructions and a well labeled parts kit, aswell as the tools to assemble the chair. Im 5’3” and this chair fits me great.
