  • crazy power for being a 12 volt AND IT HAS A 1/2" CHUCK
Im a professional ASE certified mechanic, so if i own a tool like this, it gets HEAVILY used. I am 100 percent confident in this drill and wouldn't hesitate to use it for any job i may run across. Also, the fact that it has a 1/2" drill chuck (instead of 3/8) is so useful for me that i cant even put it into words. Look up review videos on youtube and you'll see what im talking about when i say it has an impressive amount of power for being a 12 volt drill (normally i wouldn't even consider anything less than 18volt). I currently own the milwaukee m18 3/8 mid torque impact, m18 1/4 hex drive impact, m12 3/8 extended reach ratchet, and now this m12 1/2" drill. At this point, if something is made by Milwaukee as part of their m12 or m18 line, i wont hesitate to order it if i need it. I have given up on any other brands of electric tools. I haven't bought a Milwaukee tool that i haven't been thoroughly impressed with yet. ive owned dewault 12 volt and 20volt impacts, Mac 20v impact, and snapon 18 volt impact, and Milwaukee beats all of them by a long shot. and just to reassure you, NO I AM NOT SPONSORED BY MILWAUKEE IN ANY WAY AND I PURCHASED ALL OF THESE TOOLS OUT OF MY OWN POCKET. I BELIEVE THIS IS THE BEST VALUE YOU CAN GET IN A PROFESSIONAL DRILL THAT WILL OUTLIVE ANY ABUSE I COULD PUT IT THROUGH. IF YOUR COMPARING THIS DRILL TO ANOTHER BRAND OF DRILL, THERE IS NO COMPARISON, BUY THIS M12 1/2 HAMMER DRILL. if your having trouble affording it, wait till Christmas, they're normally on sale for 99.99 with 2 batteries, charger and a case. ... show more

  • Awsome hammer drill!!
The media could not be loaded. I’m a plumber so I use this thing a lot. Great for drilling hole for tap cons to anchor something in concrete. Love love love it. Small easy to carry in and out of jobs. Case to protect it and makes it look nice stored away. Highly recommend!

  • Best 12 volt brushless drill out there.
This drill is pretty awesome. It's very powerful for its size and it has all the functions I need. The battery life is very good as well. It's very durable and should last me quite a few years. Comes with a blow molded case. I believe this is the second generation of this tool. one thing I don't like about it though is the electronic clutch you have to use a lot of guessing on what you I think you will need and half the time it does not work the way you wanted it to. But overall I think it's the best 12-volt brushless drill available. ... show more

  • very capable small drill with a few quirks
the right settings are key to seamless drilling with this bad boy. works great for small hammer drilling for anchoring. depth of material is more of a concern than size of the hole with hole saws, breaking out chunks as you go with a flathead will help. overall its just what i wanted, very capable in a light and portable package. i use 6.0ah and 4.0ah batteries as i do notice the difference between the CP (smaller) and XC ( larger) batteries when it comes to drilling power with this tool, although i do not notice with my other m12 fuel tools. ... show more

  • Good product but I discovered the factory guarantee is void.
I had a little problem in removing the 4. battery pack, It pulled out verry hard. I had called the factory service just to see if this was a defect or not. It was then I was told the factory warrantee was void simply because I bought it from Amazon. I was wondering why Amazon with all its merchandizing power can't force the maker to include it's standard guarantee. The battery pack seems to be getting easier to remove with each use. ... show more

  • La atención fue muy buena y rápida y no me arrepiento del excelente taladro que compré
La Calidad del material y la potencia q tiene el taladro con tan solo un tamaño reducido logra tanta potencial

  • 12 volt power almost equal to 18 volt
Great drill, blows my old 18 volt DeWalt hammer drill (2004) away, plus a lot lighter and smaller. Highly recommend for work around the house and medium duty fabrication (if your drilling 1/8 and more steel or aluminum all day everyday, get the 18 volt Milwaukee).
