Milwaukee Fuel quality tool! The hacksaw is one of the handiest tools in my collection. Versatile, powerful and gets into small spaces The Fuel version has a slightly longer stroke, making it better suited to handling the lower tooth count blades. Don't hesitate to add it to your arsenal!

    • this is very niche products but very very good if you need it
this product is very expensive and only worth your purchase if you need to cut with one hand and need slightly heavier duty than regular Hackzall. other brands have smaller and much more powerful recip saws(makita and dewalt) but in on handed form this is probably the best. excellent for cutting small steel rods, all sorts of piping, wood bars is tight spots(short stroke really helps in this case) can also use it as regular recip saw but ergonomics on conventional one it much better if you do real work with it, also works great for pruning small branches unless you have a small chainsaw and do it very frequently. on thing to keep in mind is its a very powerful tool and for proper performance you really need larger style battery(4.0, 6.0) I only have 6.0 batteries and they make a big difference compared to 2.0 2.5 ones. you you ever need to use this tool you'll be really pleased. ... show more

    • 2nd one. Hope it fares better than the first.
First off, it is a great tool that fills a good void just below the sawzall. This does a lot of the sawzall's tasks but can be operated one handed which makes it infinitely more handy. The first one can't hold the battery in it anymore. As soon as the saw starts, the battery pops out and I have to shove it back in. I have to do it so often, it's basically unusable. Does it with any battery. The new one hasn't done it yet but it's still new. I have the M18 fuel system with 10 or more tools and this M12 Fuel system with another 10 or more and frankly both battery systems completely suck. If they aren't failing, I spend 20% of my work day fighting getting batteries out or keeping batteries in the tools. The tools are good but they really need to go back to the drawing board on a good battery system. This "squeeze" to release and remove batteries drives me bonkers particularly on the bigger tools and bigger batteries. Sometimes the damn batteries just DO NOT want to come out. I have probably 25 of their cordless tools and LOTS of Milwaukee batteries and generic ones and the battery problems exist across the spectrum. ... show more
