I feel like a lot of champion clothes are hit or miss on the quality but I actually like this backpack a lot. Considering it's not overly expensive, it offers plenty of pockets and adjustability. I especially like that the backpack has a laptop slot in it to keep laptops secure and in place. The size was surprisingly large after I opened it up all of the way, and it should be able to hold a pretty significant amount of books or other items in it at once. I also like how easy it is to get to everything in the backpack, I think it was overall designed pretty well. My only gripe if there would be one is comfort. It's not that the backpack is uncomfortable but I've definitely worn more comfortable backpacks before. That said, for short trips or school this should be perfectly fine. I do like the style of the backpack I got however I also wish there were a few more colors or styles to select from. All in all I'm very pleased with this backpack and would highly recommend it as a budget backpack for casual use.

This is more of a periwinkle blue rather than a straight blue; the straps are navy however. I selected this bag as a cheaper option for my kids to take to day camp and not worry about it getting messed up, but it's bigger than I anticipated and more suited for an older kid or adult (mine are ages 8 and 10). I did need a replacement for my work bag as mine recently broke and I was using an old bag we had lying around. So I decided to use this one. Its material is a bit thin but it seems to hold a good bit and is comfortable to wear. I do wish the zipper opened all the way down like most laptop bags but this is fine. I also would have preferred the small pockets in the back went to the bottom of the bag rather than just partially (see first picture). It holds my laptop, notepad, lunchbox, headset, and other items easily. It's not the highest quality but for the price, it's great. I really love the color as well, it's a nice break from the black you see all the time. One thing, it smells quite bad when you open it, very strong industrial smell, but it fades after being out of the plastic for a few days.

I ordered this for times when I ditch my hard sided computer briefcase, but still need to carry the laptop with me. The laptop pocket is suitable for my needs and I like that there are 2 external pockets on the laptop sleeve for cables and a power supply. Also like that the laptop section of the backpack is large enough for a portfolio. Or for a younger kid....books. There's also another zippered section for any additional items. I thought of using this area for clothes for a weekend getaway on the motorcycle. (I can get away, but still have to take the work laptop) It has external pockets for water bottles (2), but I think they'd have to be the plastic bottles and not the metal cup variety. All in all it's a nice entry level backpack....good brand....good quality.

This is a low-frills, high-utility, basic backpack. Low frills because it has three zipped pockets, with simple dividers, two bottle pockets; and a luggage handle strap. High utility because it fits a 16" M1 Macbook Pro (barely, with a bit of wiggling); room for a legal sized briefing folder; the main pocket can handle a full change of clothes, maybe two if you are small; has a padded and vented back to reduce sweat via airflow; and the straps fits both a 5'9" woman and a 6'4" big man comfortably. All the stitching seems well done, so this could handle a load. Zippers are all smooth. Notes: --the drink holders are stitched flat at the bottom, while the tops have three-dimension space and elastic for stretch. This means that a water bottle can only go 2/3 of the way down before being pinched by the tight fabric. There is nothing to lock it in at the top either. My guess is that an elbow bump on a drink bottle will cause it to fall overboard.

I wanted to get away from my collection of black and brown backpacks and so I went with this ivory one from Champion. It looks really nice and clean but the brown trim gives it some interest. As one can expect, it is well-constructed. It is the perfect size - on the large size I would say and can carry multiple items. It is also lightweight. It has 2 main compartments, a laptop sleeve and a few pockets but, for my use, I like that it does not expand so far out which makes it commuter-friendly. I will continue to use my black backpacks for weekdays but this will be my fun bag for the weekend. Good value for money.
