I bought this one specifically because it is battery operated. For a couple of reason. One, there has been some issues with rechargeable items from outside the US, having a spying virus on the charging cable. So, if someone got one of the ones that use that type of cable, and unknowingly used their computer port to charge it - that virus would pass into the computer. Two, I prefer the convenience of just changing out a battery quickly when it gets low, or quits. The first set of batteries lasted about a month, and I use this every day. I probably could have gotten more use from it before changing the batteries, as the power was just not as good (but still worked). The power on this little thing is fantastic. Waste of money. Doesn’t turn on. I tried different batteries in case something was wrong with the first ones but it never turned on. I even tried the batteries in a different item to double check and they were fine.

I use it nearly every day. I rinse it immediately after done so it never gets gunky or nasty and I just put it right back up on it and it couldn’t have possibly been better purchase. I use it to froth my milks for my coffee’s mix, hot cocoa‘s blend flour into broth to make gravy and so many more things, you have to be clever with what you are doing because it can’t be obviously too thick or Poupee but if you use it correctly and for what it would be intended for it works amazing! ... show more
