The original unit didn't work consistently. When it worked it was great, but more often than not I had to fidget with it just to get it to start. Even with brand new batteries. I reached out to the manufacturer since there's a lifetime warranty per the listing. They immediately confirmed the unit and order detail and sent me a new unit at no cost. The new unit works AMAZING!!! 🤩

Bought this as a budget option to get foam/froth/crema on my coffee and it does well for the price. It’s not going to froth like a $600 espresso machine, but that’s not the point. Obviously for milk/cream, the more fat, the more froth it makes. I’ve used it daily for almost a year and it hasn’t failed, flaked, or flown apart on me. When the batteries get low, it does bog down before it completely dies, and I can actually get close to two months out of them before needing to change since I only use it for coffee. I would expect less life if you’re using it for eggs and thicker substances, and don’t expect to blend a milkshake with it—maybe “drinkable yogurt”, though. There’s no speed control, so make sure the head is submerged before you start unless you like being bathed in your beverage. Cleaning is not as simple as a quick rinse because you’re whipping fats and oils with it—you’re going to have to rinse, then wipe it down if you want it truly clean, so that’s a little misleading in the advertisement. No other complaints, and the variety of colors available means it’s easy to match with your kitchen if you’re into that sort of thing. Way cheaper than a daily visit to the coffee shop, so even if it broke after three uses, you’d still be money ahead!

I picked this up on Black Friday, and loved it so much I ordered three more to give as gifts! I love that it has its own stand, which makes it easy to store next to my coffee maker. It is very powerful - which is not a bad thing, but be warned - you will not be able to use this in your normal coffee cup! I use it for my coffee, and powdered collagen. No lumps, and and super frothy. You will not regret this decision!

I didn’t see this or it wasn’t available yet prior to my replacement purchase of another brand name.
