Customer service was responsive and refunded the $400 price difference after a promotional drop, which was greatly appreciated. Helpful exercise examples are available through an online browser-based resource. Cons The black weights have a stronger rubber odor than expected, and although an exchange wasn’t available, a $30 credit was provided. The 2:1 pulley ratio reduces effective lifting weight, requiring additional plates for heavier training; a 1:1 option would offer greater resistance flexibility. The advertising suggests a dedicated app, but the resource provided is a simple webpage with exercise examples.

This is awesome there isn’t a muscle you cannot work out with this setup. No need for a gym Membership. Solid build and quality product. Smith machine is nice and does not bind or get out of parallel. I liked this piece so much I purchased one for my son. My first one had a few pieces damaged during shipping, not the sellers fault but they sent me replacements quickly and had lots of communication. They are a joy to buy from and I will be buying more from them. They have made me a long time customer

This is a very nice & solid piece of workout equipment. I was hesitant at first, but extremely happy that I purchased it & have been using it every day since. It comes in 9 separate boxes, there were no missing parts. Each box was really heavy, 2 man lifting for most. I waited til Amazon prime day it was on sale for $1,400 roughly. Down from $2,400, so it was a steal of a bargain. All around great multi-use home gym. If you follow the instructions step by step, assembly is pretty straight forward. It does take time, roughly 4-6 hours, depending on how much effort you put into it.

Quite disappointed. $1500 for a bunch of prices of the equipment to come covered in rust and scratches. The weights have also come with a full coating of mildew on them from sitting in plastic coverings after getting soaked at one point. I shouldn’t have to buy mildew remover spray for something that costs this much. Haven’t even put it together yet and I felt I had to leave a review. Will possibly update once assembled and use.

This has been such a great machine to have. We wanted something that could cover all we needed in a workout and this has done great. It did take us awhile to put together but having two people sure makes it go faster. It’s well built and easy to follow directions.
