I was looking for a way to add more to my workout routine. We don’t have the space for a full pulley machine or one that adds to our squat rack. I got this and gave it a try right away. I was expecting a strap to mount the pulleys and it looked like it also had feet straps, but it is just the one - I plan on buying eye bolts to make a permanent spot to hook the pulley to the top of the squat rack and used another bolt at the bottom that I already had for the bottom pulley. I think that will make this system cleaner and easier to use. Be careful with weights swaying while working out - keep it steady and it works great! It is a bit of work to put up each time and change around, and you have to hold the ropes as you add weights or change the setup which is annoying but worth the effort to get a better workout routine for a home gym. That is the nature of the type of setup not the brand. That may sound a little negative but want people to know how their experience may be, still really like it. Only knock to this brand itself is the pull down bar is not great quality. Does it’s job but I’ll be upgrading that later. The rope piece could be better but that is good enough for me.

Simple and sturdy. Easy to use. It comes with a number of useful attachments and I bought three more. I did add another weight pin to make changing weight faster/easier and a long lat bar. Well worth the money.

I've been using this particular system for about a month now with my cage at home and it's been great! I would definitely recommend, the parts are solid and quality and you do get quite a bit in the bundle. I went for this and opted out of getting an integrated pulley system for our power cage and and happy with the decision 👍

I was somewhat surprised and very satisfied overall with the overall quality of these, especially given the cost. It's very easy to set up and very versatile. It's great that you get a variety of attachments for different grips and workouts. Overall I'm very happy with this set. I put mine on my home squat rack on the pull up bar that hangs at 7'. That height seems short for a lot of exercises for this pulley so I end up on my knees a lot. (that's what she said😆). There are a few minor things that were negative but overall I would recommend these. Pros: -great value for the money -versatile -comes with various attachments -smooth pulley -holds a lot of weight -ease of use and changing from one exercise to another Cons: -the rope seems a little long sometimes but that is because of the height of my bar. A way to easily adjust the length without tying knots would be nice. -the carabiners on the handle attachments could be nicer and larger. Could just be me but they're not the easiest to use because of their size. The one on the pulley is larger and easier to use. -I don't see how you would use these for bicep curls as advertised, pulling from the floor up without having another pulley.

As a whole, I'm pleased with the product. However, the pulley design needs a little work. There is too much gap in the side of the pulley wheel and the cable is small enough that it can get caught in the gap. And that is a real pain to unsnag. My solution, I drilled a hole and added a nut and bolt through the pulley bracket, stopping the cables access to the gap.
