I bought a Total Gym--"Fit" model--from the company website, at the beginning of the Covid situation. I had been going to a local gym, but the new "Covid Rules" made working out more of a hassle than it was worth. Recently, while I was doing pully rows, one of the metal tips on the pully cable broke loose. I checked on the totalgymdirect.com website for a new cable and saw the price was listed as $44.95. I then checked Amazon and found this replacement cable listed for $15.99. I ordered this one and have been using it for about 2 or 3 weeks. It works as well as the original cable as far as I can tell, so if you ever need a new cable for your Total Gym, this is a good choice.

I bought this cable for my Total Gym Pro and it works just like the original cable. It is a few inches longer (~8") than the original cable but it's not an issue. I tried this cable because the price for an original cable was expensive and didn't last very long before I needed to replace it. I'll see how long this one lasts.
