Better than the standard Total Gym handles Pro - does not rub on your hands creating a minor burn fro use like the other standard one grips I do not feel they will break like the fabric standard ones. Plastic is not jabbing in my palms like standard ones. Con - minor - Little off the handles - smaller grips and a little squeeky Grips are Blah - for an upgrade they are just pipes/tubs - should be more form fitting ... show more

    • Superior to Straps
These are far superior to the strap handles that come with the Total Gym. These are easier to maneuver around, feel more comfortable and also more natural, if you are used to using free weights. I love them!

I really like these and they work well. Certain excercises will work your forearms more with this setup and rub your arms more. Overall, I use it and have not touched the original handles.

So much betr than the nylon fabric strap like handles my total gym came with. The straps kept rubbing my hand making a raw spot. These fixed that
