In my opinion, this was the best cage for the money, especially with a cable system. I specifically wanted a cable system with dual guide rods, since I find it much more stable and less prone to breaking. I put this together myself, and apart from dropping part of it on my hand (my fault), it went together quite easily with only one person. 10/10 and definitely the best product I found on Amazon in this price range or anywhere else.

My purchase arrived un-damaged and packed well. Unboxed and laid everything out. Parts individually wrapped and labeled. Be mindful not to remove all the wrapping as the packaging lists the part number. There are no spare parts so be careful to follow the instructions, mainly the illustrations closely. Once unboxed and laid out, I timed myself and had it assembled in a little over 2 hours. Overall it’s well made and a very versatile power rack. Great for a home gym and you cannot beat the price. Just a few draw backs on the added attachments.. The landmine and t-bar handle are subpar and the pull-up grips are not the best. I removed those and used sport grip tape instead. The dip attachments are not the greatest but will do. The ones in the pic are ones I purchased separately. I still give this a five star as I am pleased with quality and functionality of this power rack!

After using this cage daily for almost 2 months I am very happy with the purchase. It is absolutely worth the money. Solid, stable, and allows tons of different workouts. My only complaint is the squat rack safety bars, they have a hole on one side to put a clip through so they can’t slide out. This hold was underneath the removable handle so I didn’t notice it at first. But then, there is only 1, so it’s clipped on 1 end, but only held on by an easily movable handle on the other. Very sketchy if you move the bar on them. Also the black paint flakes pretty bad from the bar rubbing on it, but it’s whatever. Came shipped in 2 (almost 100lbs each) boxes, assembly kinda sucked, but you need a lot of bolts to keep it stable so it’s understandable. One note if you are tight on space, it would require about 6-12 inches of extra space in the back for the plates to slide on to the cable part.

5 out of 5. got both boxes in one delivery (the whole product was packaged into 2 boxes). very well packaged, and all parts in pristine condition, not even a scratch. Clearly the merchant has listened to customers. I setup by myself, though the manual emphasizes that 2 people are needed. I also recommend 2 people because the upper cages needs some help. installation was a breeze. Strongly recommend to follow the manual precisely. build was sturdy, I tried to shake it up but was not successful.

First off, packed and shipped well. No missing parts and everything clearly labeled. Second, easy to put together. Just make sure you don’t mix up the bolts or loose any. As there are no extra parts. Third, the important part. Easy to do the basic lifts like squats, bench, deadlifts, etc. I like the fact the holes for j hooks and safety bars are just two inches apart. Easy to zone in on the right height for your lift and more importantly where to put you safety bars. The cable attachments are the smoothest I have used on any home equipment. Easy to do lat pull downs, cable rows and curls. I just do the basics so this is perfect for me but the cable attachment is really nice to have. This thing is sturdy will easily handle the weight most people use. Unless you are an elite power lifter.

It seems ok but the only problem is it came missing like 10 different bolts. So I had to go to Lowe’s and find them. Also, some of the holes didn’t line up so I had to drill them even bigger on one side and add larger washers. Hopefully that works in the long run. Overall, for $369 I was expecting to have to “fix” some things. Lucky for me, I have tools and the knowledge on how to do that.

Overall I am satisfied with this power cage. I was looking for something a little more compact that would work with my 6’ barbell and this fit the bill. Assembly was fairly straight forward and I was able to knock it out on my own, no problem. For a budget rack it is very sturdy and capable. There are only two downsides that leads me to rating this 4 stars. First, neither of the boxes included to leg extension cushions which basically makes that feature unusable. Second, one of the welds on the pull-up bar section was done poorly with a very sharp edge that cut me. Other than that, I think this is a solid product.
