Pleasantly surprised at the high quality of each piece. Instructions were pretty straightforward; however, some issue understanding which way pieces went as diagram is not large enough to see the fine detail. Each chair, ottoman and couch is sturdy. The cushions are very thick and although firm, are comfortable. The cushion covers are very well made with cording and zippers that cover the cushion well for a neat appearance. Highly recommend.

I love the furniture but hate that it took so long to get all the pieces delivered. They all came in different shipments. The last piece we got was the couch and they had two duplicate pieces and was missing a piece. So it’s been another week of waiting. No urgency to get us the part, no apology, no communication from them except that they told us be patient. All we want to know is when it will ship, the tracking number and when it will arrive. They’ve not responded. Love the product but hate the wait time and the customer service. Update: Instead of sending us the part we needed, they sent us a whole new couch. The process took awhile but was worth the wait. They took care of us and we are a satisfied customer. Very happy with the quality of their product.

Set still looks great, holding up well in the desert sun. Cushions are still firm and supportive. I do bring them under cover when it rains. A tad cumbersome to put together as most boxed furniture is. Looked at a number of sets, hard to beat this one based on price and quality. reached out to support via email and they promptly replied.

The media could not be loaded. After looking at hundreds of patio furniture sets this one fit the best. good quality for the price. having those set for about two weeks now, I am pretty satisfied with my purchase so far. The chairs are comfortable and sturdy. They are easy to assemble and the structure is durable. The cushions are very thick and the material looks luxury! Looks great on my backyard. Overall, noting to complaint about and definitely recommend it.

The assembly on the couch - make sure you have an extra set of hands. Also, the way the bottom connects to the legs, I recommend going to the hardware store, pick yourself up four 3 inch bolts and nuts, and use those. The couch simple screws into the two decorative pieces on the side. The screws are not long enough to give a good solid safe feel to it. After the washers and pushing the screws provided all the way through, you are left with very little to screw into the decorative piece. If looks is all you are going for, my all means, use the screws provided. The cushions are spot on for thickness and its comfy to sit on. Will update if issue(s) are found with the two glider chairs and the coffee table.

Love this outdoor patio set. It’s very sturdy and the cushions are great. It was kinda hard to put together. Definitely need two people. The fire pit is amazing. It puts out a lot of heat. I would recommend this set.

This is a Great set! The chars are firm and comfortable, I love the swivel and rocking features. The couch is comfortable enough to nap on! The design and construction of the set is stylish quality. The Velcro straps on the cushions connect nicely to the frame. It come in box,so open the box they come out all pieces ,when it arrived,I was working ,my wife said the assembly is easy and straight forward using the pictures and step by step instructions. So she spend half day to put them together by herself , and placed on my backyard .so far we so satisfied with it.by the way I think it would be more perfect if it had a sponge cushion that was waterproof.
