This machine delivers the goods in a number of ways. First, the pulley system is extremely smooth, it feels like a piece of commercial gym equipment. The trolleys are heavy duty and solid. They roll smoothly. I also appreciate the height the trolleys go, especially for lat pulldowns. Low rows are buttery smooth. I am quickly maxing out the weight stacks though on back day due to the 2:1 weight ratio on the stacks. I do plan on buying the extra weight stack they now offer to increase the weight, along with a gym pin. Lots of room to expand. I also really appreciate all the attachments that came with it, and I especially like the aggressive knurling on the D handles. The rack has standard 3x3 uprights and one inch holes. This opens the door to a ton of after market attachments. Everything extra I’ve ordered has fit well. The peg board offers excellent storage and also uses standardized holes for adding extra hangers. There are a few cons. The spotter arms will be great for heavy squats and benching, however, they are very heavy and cumbersome. I bought some after market spotter arms that make it way easier to set up and break down. The rack does not have any plate storage, so I bought some aftermarket pegs to put on the back uprights. Worked great. Some of the parts were a little banged up upon delivery, but Mikolo is amazing to work with from a customer service standpoint and made everything right for me. Overall, dollar for dollar this is very hard to beat. It’s completely changed how I work out, and has opened the door to a number of exercises I couldn’t do with my traditional squat rack.
