I love it’s heavy duty and you can tell it’s durable. I bought the unfinished swing so we could paint it white. One of the slats on the swing did break during shipping. It’s at the end of the slat and we will try to fix it. I don’t want to worry about sending it back and receiving another so we just went ahead and painted it white. Amazon doesn’t it make it easy to contact the seller so I can’t even ask if it’s possible to just receive a different slat for us to switch out with the broken one. My husband assembled it with ease but he added extras for a sturdier feel - this is just him. The first time I sat in it with my granddaughter it made a loud popping sound which scared me. He assured me it's just the swing settling in, but I haven't been back out there yet. I have a heavier log swing at my cabin and I'm in it all of the time so it's a difference of the thicker, sturdier beams. ... show more

Heavy duty, no issues at all, all parts were there in the package, and only thing we bought just because, was two extra springs to put at the top for a little bit give on the chains. No need to do that, but we found it better when we went to sit down…We got the unfinished one and painted it white and we painted the gold chain white as well. Extremely comfortable, Heavy duty… Not cheaply made… We just love it! ... show more
