I bought the x-small purple floral. It is very nice quality ESP for the $$, buckles securely but not to hard to buckle. My dog is a chiweenie mix and weighs 12-14 lbs depending on the season. I had plenty of room in either direction to make it tighter or looser for her. I don’t have a measuring tape to measure her neck. I may buy another set if I see another cute one bc I like this one so much. I love the color and pattern. I’m very picky about that bc most designs are so ugly for dogs.

Took a point off review due collar clasp being extremely difficult to open. I’m a small woman with small hands and had to use pliers to unlock clasp. I am keeping collar since I got it on my girl and it looks great and appears to be made well. Collar is adjustable and soft.
