The media could not be loaded. I already have a portable AC but it is cooling only, so I bought this new one for a dual function AC. Pros: 1. Super Strong. The power is at least two times of my old one. It cools down/ heats up my room super quickly; 2. Easy to Assemble. It takes less than 10min to set it up. and it includes all the accesoeries; 3. Mobility. It has 4 rollers on the bottom, and can be moved around easily; 4. Smart. I can use voice to power it on and off, and change the tempeture via phone; 5. Elegant. I like the looks of this portable AC. very cool. Cons: 1. A bit loud. I guess it's the same for all the portable AC. but because this one is super powerful, the noise is strong too; 2. A bit confused on the heat function. If you want to use the heat pump, you need to use the "Cool" Mode; if you want to use the electrical heat mode, you have to choose "Dry" Mode. ... show more

I truly do not understand this machine. I have been using the heat function since its still cold here, and when I set it to heat mode and say 68 degrees, it will run constantly and get the room up to almost 80 degrees. I have not used the A/C function as it has not been warm enough. I have read the manual multiple times and cannot understany why it does not turn off when it gets to the set temperature. I'm thinking about returning it but it would probabaly be a pain to do so. ... show more

I have been wanting a portable air conditioner for some time now. The burden of installing a window unit gets more taxing each year.I am very pleased with this unit. It has wheels, so I won't have to lift it again, now that it is in the house! The attachments to install it in your window of choice appear durable and are simple enough in const Ruction to take any guesswork out. The installation was easy. I found it much easier than heaving around my previous window unit! It also came with a remote control, which will come in handy during the night, when I don't want to Get out of bed to turn it down! My home has neither heat nor air ducting on the second floor, as it is an old farmhouse, so window un Its have been a mainstay until now!!! I'm pleased with the look. This air conditioner/ heater system is NOT worth the money. We bought one,cit leaked and made horrible shaking noises within ten minutes of turning on. Called Amazon and got a replacement sent. Amazon customer service was good. They scheduled UPS to pick up the defective one as these are very heavy. Got the replacement and it did the exact same thing. My husband called the manufacturer directly to see if they could troubleshoot. They basically wanted us to get another replacement. We gave up with this brand and sent it back and bought another brand....a hundred dollars cheaper, and this new one works MUCH BETTER than the Midea brand. Don't waste your money ... show more

Received it very fast. I bought this portable air conditioner for my bedroom . It is easy to set up and use it. And it is nice to have a remote to change temperature up and down easily. It works great.
