True to size and medium weight denim. Great for spring and fall. Has more distressing than I'd expected but it's fine. Pockets are good for tissues and keys but they're not real deep and my cell phone did fall out, so be forewarned about that. Have received compliments on this jacket.     • Replacement jacket absolutely wonderful!!!

This is an edited review. I ordered an (Iceland blue) jacket in size (Large) and the fit was perfect, but the buttons were very hard to manage through the button holes. I also ordered a regular( blue ) jacket in size (Large ). The blue came in as the color “(bluing)” which is different because it has faded blue patches on it. It is also gigantic on me and does not fit properly. So I am confused about the sizing now and the color description. . So to sum up , the first jacket fits perfectly but the buttons are difficult to maneuver. The second order (Blue jacket ) was ordered in same size (large) but fits like a plus size XL and the color is wrong. ??? So I am going to reorder the blue jacket in hopes that it comes in correctly this time. Update: So my replacement order finally came in ( blue jacket) and the jacket is superb!! I am very happy as it was worth the wait and anticipation. It fits beautifully and is a very well made , comfortable, jacket . This denim jacket is really cute and the color/wash is even nicer in person than online. It’s got that relaxed, slightly oversized vibe that works great over dresses or with casual outfits. The material feels durable but still soft enough to move in, and the frayed hem adds a fun touch. My only small gripe is that the fit on me was a little boxier than I expected in the shoulders, so it didn’t end up being my go-to layer. I rarely write reviews, and I’ve bought a number of jean jackets in my life for myself and my daughter, but this is by far my favorite. I’d definitely buy it again if I lost this one. It’s thick enough to give it the right jean jacket look, but feels so much softer than other ones out there. I’ve had people feel it and say, “oh it’s soft, it looks like it wouldn’t be.” Bc that’s how most jean jackets are and why I’ve struggled with them before, but this one gives you the expected look while still being able to move freely. I got the sky blue and find it goes so well with a lot of my spring dresses. I’ve washed it and it looks the same, however I hang dry most things and did the same with this, and I was surprised how soft it still was bc that’s when jean jackets get even stiffer in my experience. It’s not baggy nor fitted; I think it’s the perfect fit for the style I was looking for and I’ve gotten compliments from more people on this jacket than most of my clothing items. I am writing this bc I truly love this jacket and want other people to love it too. This is the cutest denim jacket. Love the color, and I feel like it can go casual or dress it up a bit if you want. My suggested size was xl, but I opted for a large and glad I did. The fit was perfect

I love the jacket overall. I would have given it 5 stars but it has NO tags in it or on it to verify the size. It looked like it may have had a tag inside and was cut out. I am not sure if I got a new jacket or a returned jacket. I ordered a 2XL in Iceland blue and love the color but normally I would wear an XL in any other jacket but I sized up to have a roomier feel and because some reviews mentioned to size up.
