    • It doesn’t come apart to clean
The media could not be loaded. I’ve had this for about a year if not more so I can give a pretty good review. Noise? Not insanely loud but the tv needs turned up if the unit is close to your bed/couch. Temperature? Thing works great… till it needs cleaned. And unfortunately you can’t take this thing apart I tried to for 2 hours took every screw out and after a few videos and google searches it says to not take it apart. I mostly won’t buy this again for that alone. Taking it apart makes it so you don’t have to buy a new one and this one doesn’t end up in a waste area. This is dare I say the “coca-Cola” of the AC units like they intend that you’ll just buy a new one. Appearances it’s great, I prefer the color for my aesthetic and the main reason I bought it, but I’d trade the color for one I can take apart. Versatility… so this thing can be used in every season for a house that doesn’t have AC (my house is 100 years old) and it’s great… but again I can’t stress enough insanely difficult if not impossible to take apart without breaking it. If you like creating waste and adding to the environment issues and like to replace these every year or so when it needs cleaned this is perfect- but if you like to take things apart and clean it and keep it running and nice for as long as humanly/mechanically possible this isn’t the product for you. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. We ordered this 2 months before hot season and set it on a shelf and went to use and install and doesn't work period. I'd avoid and go with GE
