Looks good thats all.Youtube video was a must to put the chair together instruction were horrible. After a couple of weeks in it you find out that its not very comfortable. Short term sitting is fine but,watching a movie back gets sore.

First out of the gate, supplied parts do not match instructions. You'll be totally baffled what hardware to use where. Youtube is worse, how can a 1 minute video show a buyer how to assemble a chair??? it does not specify hardware codes, and just a small part of tha assembly process is illustrated. So what's the point of it then? Lots of the layout of this product is pretty decent, however its really short even as we bought the TALL UPGRADED. VERSION. The back is about 33" tall (that's less than 3 feet high!). Forget about resting your head. The armrest design is a trainwreck. Where the armrest attaches to a metal angle attached to the base and back, there is a radiused corner where a button-head screw with a flat base is supposded to tighten to. A flat based screw does not properly mate to a radiused corner! Or any corner for that matter. Very sloppy engineering. One of our armrest bolt centers does not match the mating metal angle by about 5mm so we cannot finish the assembly.

Purchased an identical chair on another site for double the cost of this chair. I found this chair here on Amazon about an hour after placing the order for the chair on another site. Tried to cancel first chair but cancellation was refused. I went ahead and ordered from Amazon a couple of weeks ago. Seller was very polite and was easy to work with for the purchase. The first chair took a month from ordering to delivery. Never opened the package because I want to return it. The chair from Amazon arrived yesterday and inspecting the boxes realized this chair and the first chair are exactly the same. They shipped from the same location. Only difference, the chair from Amazon was HALF the price of the first chair. My advice is beware of the unfair business out there. Refusal to cancel orders is wrong, prices 2X higher is wrong. Chair was VERY well packed. All parts were there, no damage during shipment. Instructions for assembly were reasonable. Took about 30 minutes to assemble and mix a cocktail. This is a regular sized chair and is very comfy. I'm 5' 10 195lbs. fits me quite nicely. Great for my listening room. Highly recommend chair and seller. Another note, it is upholstered with real leather. The first chair.. On it's way back to the Unfair seller......

My husband bought this for our sun/reading room and it looks sooooo good. Had a bit in an issue with a screw and the alignment of the base which led to us only being able to put 3 screws on the bottom but we made it work. Other than that it is perfection.

I had an original Charles Aemes chair, from Herman Miller. This is so similar, it’s hard to tell the difference, unless you know. My adult stepson snapped off the back, which is impossible. My revenge was sweet.

I would recommend having a friend help you assemble it you need someone to hold it but it’s amazing. I can’t believe it’s the same chair as Herman Miller. I can’t tell the difference.

The chair and ottoman looked good on delivery, but I see that there’s no hardware to put it together. The listing does say that the product might arrive in two boxes, arriving at two different times, so I guess that’s what happened. I just wish they’d tell me when to expect the second box. I’m anxious to put my chair together, because it looks comfortable.

We LOVE it. I bought this for the hubby for his birthday and it is very nice. And, I assembled it myself in about 30 minutes without any trouble. If you follow the advice about the arms, the back is super easy to assemble.
