  • Great Surface Tablet For Middle/High End
Size: Intel Core M, 4GB RAM, 128GB Style: Device Only
I purchased this for general use and work. The core m surface is fast enough and opens documents. and other programs really quick. Everything is built into the tablet, so don't expect to be able to swap the ssd out easily. It is possible to swap out the sad but would void the warranty. The touch screen responds perfect and have yet to have issues with the surface keyboard/cover attachment I bought separately. I reviewed this product ocer the galaxy tab s3 and apple iPad. I solely bought this because of the speed and other devices we have in the home for integration purposes. If I was an apple enthusiasts, I would have bought the ipad. The reason I did not choose the galaxy tab s3 was due to the clunky keyboard/cover and applications available on it. ... show more

  • Fantastic Computer
Size: Intel Core M, 4GB RAM, 128GB Style: Device Only
I almost got a macbook because I am an iPhone user. However due to Mac's crazy prices, I got a surface. I absolutely love it, and it even syncs all my photos from my iPhone. the sketch apps are amazing and the touch sensitivity is almost that of using pen and paper. Well worth the money, one of my best purchases ever. ... show more

  • Amazing Machine
Size: Intel Core M, 4GB RAM, 128GB Style: Device Only
Long term review: Quite amazing machine! So much compact -Build quality & feel is premium. -Display is amazing. -Speaker is adequately loud & clear. -Stable Windows 10 version -Core m works well as per my requirements as I do light computing. -Runs cool. Flaws: -So after more than one year of use i can say that my device doesn’t have lightbleed issue. -I wish battery could last long. I get 5-6 hours of battery with continuous constant use which is quite good. If you are using for offline media consumption & mostly for office apps then you might get 7-8 hours which is good -I had a concern regarding BROWNISH DEPOSIT (rust) at the point where it attaches to type cover but it held up well & now it is not a concern anymore. -I wish I could atleast get a bag with it. I will recommend this product to everyone as this is compact 2 in 1 which ticks many boxes. ... show more

  • Doesn’t justify the cost
Size: Intel Core M, 4GB RAM, 128GB Style: Device Only
Really dissatisfied with the operating system, lots of weird problems in getting it to boot up sometimes. Then it will be fine for a while, then have problems again, for example, trying to do a hard shut down, the screen will say, “Pull down to shut down,” but it’s never responded. Other drawbacks of having a Microsoft device is that it makes non-Windows compete products not work at all. For example, you can’t auto save to either Dropbox or Google Drive, just OneDrive. I like the light weight and occasionally use as a tablet, but considering the price tag, wouldn’t do it again. ... show more

  • Bad experience with Microsoft-branded products
Size: Intel Core M, 4GB RAM, 128GB Style: Device Only
I purchased this Microsoft Surface 5 in 2018. Specs are Intel Core M, 4GB RAM, 128GB storage. It was used for web browsing, YT, and email. It was protected by a keyboard cover and storage cover, as well as a glass screen protector. The Surface was never dropped and was, in fact, pampered. After approximately one year, it stopped booting altogether. None of the official listed solutions worked. Because the storage drive is soldered on, it is not user-upgradeable. I spent a great deal of time trying solutions, such as booting from a recovery USB drive, cleaning the installed drive, and deleting the contents of the existing drive. Nothing worked. Because the disk was reporting 0 Bytes free, this points to a RAW disk. How this happened is anyone's guess. Apparently Microsoft has been aware of this issue going back to Surface 1 yet continued to sell this flawed device. Surface ships with a one-year warranty. Beyond this, MS will exchange a failed device for $450. This was a slap on the face, as I had already paid $1089 in device and accessories. Dealing with customer support was as comical as it was enraging. TL/DR: the CS person stated that they could offer me a free replacement, for a small processing fee of $450. Of course, the refurbished replacement will also have a high likelihood of failure. I am now stuck with a paperweight and accessories. This was the mountain of salt in the wound - as Surface now joins the other Microsoft paperweights I own. Both the MS branded XBox controllers have failed. Here's a tip: please stay away from Microsoft branded products. They fail, have terrible warranties, and offer zero recourse with customer service. Rated one star because you're required to have at least one. ... show more

Size: Intel Core M, 4GB RAM, 128GB Style: Device Only
After a little over a week of use, this is one fantastic device. I am extremely pleased. Perfect size for portability along with usability, at least for my purposes. Great screen resolution and seems to run every bit as fast as my Intel i7 powered HP desktop.

  • Best gift for my lovely wife
Size: Intel Core M, 4GB RAM, 128GB Style: Device Only
This unit was replacing an Asus 2 in 1 tablet with several years in service so my wife is not inexperienced user of this kind of devices. After several months in use she is still excited about how good her Surface Pro is. I had been asking frequently about any cons she could found but still nothing had disliked her and I still receive full credit by the gift selection. So in short, great device for an experience diverse user, and I'm thinking about to get a replacement for my Surface 3. ... show more
