The tablet came in all original packaging with all the accessories a new one would have, you couldn't tell the difference between this renewed tablet versus a new one. After charging the battery, firing it up and going thru the initial sign in process I was pleased to discover Windows 11 pre-installed. Took about 20 minutes to update the operating system and the surface patches and I was off to the races. The product came before the quoted delivery date and look brand new. For a used device there is not a single scratch or blemish. I do mostly homework so nothing really taxing however it loads videos and presentations exceptionally fast and is easy to use.

I only gave it 3 starts because this is the second Surface Pro I've bought and their lifespan is shorter than they should be. I just had this one replaced under warranty due to the screen failing and the power supply started buzzing.. I really love the Surface Pro when it works, but I am fining I can't rely on them to work for as long as they should. We'll see how this warranty replacement does. ... show more

    • Mid performance and terrible battery life
It was a decent tablet, but the performance wasn't particulary great and the battery life is terrible. I used it mainly for work, writting emails, meetings, light tasks and that kind of stuff. But I was getting around 3-4 hours of battery use before having to plug the computer and also the performance in light tasks wasn't the best, I was getting stutters from time to time. The Surface Pro 8 would "NOT" turn on, and would "NOT" CHARGE! I kept the charger on for over 24 hours and would still not charge.

I definitely would like to purchase a keyboard to go with this item. That is my only drawback. Other than that the screen quality is superb, while the battery life has proven to last long time. =] LOVE the lightweight part too! Not a hassle to bring along. happy happy happy .
