I had gotten another iphone case for christmas. It did not allow my phone to charge. This otterbox case is not "too" big, but works great and is very sturdy and protective. One thing to know is that this case does have a cover for the charging port if you dock your phone on a standing charger.

I'm a bit clumsy. I drop my phone constantly to the point where I've noticed I'm a bit haphazard with it. The one thing that has saved me from multiple trips to the store for a new phone or to fix a damaged one has been my Otterbox. I have purchased this item more times than I'd like to admit. I purchased my first one of these on Aug 2022 and it was in perfect condition until Dec 2023. Ive dropped my phone a million times throughout that time and the phone itself still has no damage. The case I purchased in 2022 finally cracked from the corner when my phone fell out of my purse as I exited my car; the drop wasnt from very high up so I was actually really surprised that that was the final straw. Although I feel other Otter cases offer way more protection and are longer lasting, I repurchased this specific one because it isnt nearly as bulky as the others. I find it easy to grip for the most part, but it can be slightly slippery at times. I do have a popsocket on mine so theres no struggle for me. Im a fan of Otterbox cases in general! ... show more

This case is drop proof, kid proof, all types of proof. I constantly am dropping my phone or so are my kids and the screen has not cracked, cameras haven't cracked, etc. I'd buy these over and over again.
