    • Pen Stopped Working
I’m an animation student and have had this computer for about a year. It worked fine at first but after one of the windows updates about three months into having the computer the pen would stop working after about five minutes. Restarting it fixes the pen temporarily but then it stops working after about five minutes again. I’ve contacted windows about the problem and am always given the same solutions that don’t work. I’ve tried replacing batteries, getting new pens, getting new kinds of pens, hard resetting, replacing all the drivers, etc. and nothing will work. Windows gives absolutely no support and somehow cannot fix their own software. I have spent a lot of my own savings and time on this computer and I’m so disappointed I can’t use it to animate at all. It has made me lose a lot of my motivation to do what I love and as a student I can’t even afford to replace it. Very disappointed and I don’t know what to do going forward. Battery life is also less than stated and the chargers break constantly. ... show more
