The product I got works great, had a screen protector already on it (cheap blur screen protector). It came to me in rose gold...which is fine it is for my daughter anyways. no scratches I can see, screen protector makes a difference and no scratches there either. I think something is wrong with the finger print reader, most often its fast and works just fine, other times I am sitting there for a while with my thumb up and down till it recognizes it. Came in bubble wrap and with original cable and plug. was swiped and setup was just fine. for the price and what I get it was worth the risk of the other reviews I have seen on this product. They are pre-owned...and returned for a reason. its worth a gamble and return if you want to try and see if you get lucky and save money. Glad I did! I purchased 2 mini iPads and were totally satisfied until day 3. My issue is related to one as it seems to have a hardware issue. My daughter noticed the she couldn’t hear her programs and games. I checked to ensure the mute button wasn’t switched on (it wasn’t) so I did a hard reboot and that seemed to fix it, but it happened the next day again. The 4 reboots I did, didn’t work and the 3 factory resets did nothing!!. She can only hear the device if she uses her headphones, this is inconvenient as she’s only 4 yrs old and she sees her sister totally enjoying her iPad with no restrictions. I have requested a replacement and we’ll see. I’m just happy it’s one and not both because this review would have gone another way. I’m waiting to see how this company with resolve my issue. ... show more

Normally I wouldn't buy a renewed tablet, especially one that wasn't renewed by the manufacturer, but because the seller has a good rating and it's backed by Amazon I felt I'd give it a try. Let me start off by saying that I just got it today but I have to admit I've been impressed with how the tablet looks and works like new. I went through the standard setup steps, upgraded the OS to iPadOS 13.3, installed the apps I want to use, charged the battery (it fully charged and isn't draining any faster than the iPad that I have that's only six months old) and ran it through some testing.     • Surprised by such a fair price for this generation of iPad Mini, but now dissapointed a little...
The screen was sort of blurry when I first got it, annoyed me a bit... so I tried to cleaning it, tried some tricks, but now it's still looks blurry in some areas. Besides the screen, it would have been not so much big deal, and I would have not even reviewed, if I was content thus far. But I'm not. Other issues would include the power button not sleeping the tablet, as well some apps like YouTube not working on it for some reason. I don't know if its the accelerometer not doing its job or what. I think I'll return this, or maybe get it repaired? I;d rather have a replacement for what my money was worth. This refurbished tablet is just as a disappointment, but at least it's better than some I've been and seen around the corner. ... show more
