    • Stopped Working
First the screen had little white spots and now it won’t work unless plugged in. I paid $560 for this and got less than 8 months worth of it working. Now I have to get new computer. I blame the seller!

Still getting the hang of this tablet, one thing I like is the portability. I work in the field and I do tons of field and test reports. It really is a portable PC for laptop is still bulky and heavy but this tablet is far lighter that I can carry all day long in my backpack . Good job in refurbishing this product coz it worked like it’s new , the only issue I have is the “ user “ name in it and cannot be changed although I am signed in to my Microsoft account. Other than this refurbished product works like a charm. Already recommended to fellow workers to try it out . ... show more

The tablet I received has 3 permanent screen artifacts (see photo) which are easily visible against black, greys, and most blue colored images. I prefer dark-mode apps, so unfortunately they're almost always visible for me. The tablet performance is good, though, and other than the screen there are no obvious signs of previous use. It runs most programs pretty well, but cannot run Fusion 360 in case anyone was thinking about using it for that. ... show more
