    • What's the Warranty and who do I contact? It bricked itself in 5 months--what's the warranty?
I tried to contact the seller, but either the messenger setting on Amazon won't let me or it's very hard to figure out how it works--it won't give me any place on the screen to ask a question. So I'm reaching out here to see if there is any warranty left on this Surface Go 2. Anyhow, bought it in 2023 and the computer is now useless. One day I turned it on and it went to the white windows logo screen and doesn't move from there. Won't even turn off--even when I press the power button for over a minute. I have to let the battery drain for it to power-off. I tried all the power and volume combination in Microsoft's website to try to get it to bios or turn it off and nothing works. I made a reinstall disk and it won't boot--not even to bios. Is there a warranty on this computer or can it be returned or replaced? ... show more

This tablet did not support WiFi or Bluetooth. Useless as product LTE on this product is not supported.
