I purchased this when I started my own consulting business, versus using a laptop provided by a consulting agency. It is wonderful. I had a Surface Laptop previously, which I also like. But the option to use the tablet makes using this in meetings wonderful. I don't need a notebook. I use the pen + One Note to capture all my notes and quickly transfer to the document/project I'm working on. Bonus is the bright screen, as I am not a fan of dim screens.     • Not what I expected
Given the problems I've experienced, I wonder if Amazon sent me a refurbished notebook instead of a brand new one as I ordered. My screen will go completely black in the middle of a Zoom call (has happened multiple times) and very often, my screen will lock up - won't do anything with the touch screen or even with keyboard commands. I have to force it to shutdown and then bring the system back up. Very disappointing - not what I expected from a Microsoft product nor from an Amazon purchase. ... show more

The most quite laptop I have ever had I didn't hear any noise. I just like to use it for everyday info. Over all is great (Keyboard, Screen, So Very Quite). I just like and love everything about this P.C....
