This is a really nice set, and the knives themselves work very well. My only complaint is that they don't come with any kind of block or any sleeves to store them in, so storage is unsafe at best. It's hard to find a block or sheaths that fit knives, since they're rarely done to a sizing standard, and I think it would have been a smart move to include at least plastic sleeves to protect the knives while in your drawer so they stay sharper longer, as well as to protect the consumer. I think the minimal cost to the manufacturer to include these would be well worth the investment when it comes to customer enjoyment. ... show more

I love these. They're beautiful, but they come dull, so you have to sharpen them. And they scratch very easily!!

For an affordable knife set that doesn't break the bank but works fine right out of the box, this knife set provides the sharp edges you desire from the get-go. There are many inexpensive knives and knife sets that simply don't perform well. Why? Because good knives are typically not cheap. However, this set comes from a reputable brand and incorporates some interesting technology that ensures the durability of your blades. The exterior coating on the blade prevents rusting and water/food stains while serving as a nonstick surface, making cutting easier. So, where's the compromise? There's not much. However, like all more economical knives, these are thinner pieces of metal, and the handles are very light, negatively impacting the balance of these knives. Currently priced at $17, this knife set is significantly cheaper compared to similar products on Amazon. While these knives might dull over time and the metal is thinner, for the price, you won't find anything better. Considering the performance you get from these knives right out of the box, there's nothing that should deter you from this set if you're looking to replace some kitchen knives. Based on the price, I highly recommend this product. Overall, if your expectations are reasonable for a budget-friendly knife set, you will be pleasantly surprised by the quality of these knives. ... show more

I got these for my best and she claims they are thr best quality knife she has ever held! She loves them and have amazing quality. The only negative comment is you have to purchase the wall magnet or have a specific storage destination for them. Can’t have a drawer to simply throw them inside. They are very sharp. Great if you have the place to store them. Good pricing ... show more

"MICHELANGELO Knife; Set 6 Piece with Nonstick Granite Coating." This six piece knife set is super sharp, lightweight and easy to use. They are fancy looking and work well, they really do cut through veggies like butter. I haven't sharpened them since I got them about four months ago, have been using them almost daily and they are still sharp. These knives are sleek looking and are easy to clean due to the smooth coating on the stainless. My only issue is that I wish these came with sleeves or some sort of protective covers for the blades. I also wish the handles were a bit heavier and not plastic. Overall, I love these knives and find them to be useful and the price is great as well. ... show more
