I ordered this pump as my very first one after having a baby and it is amazing. It draws out my milk so well, there are 16 strength settings so depending on how fast I need the milk out, I can choose which setting I need. The way the product fits is also great, better than most other breast pumps. There were a few of tings that I didn’t really like but I still could live with. 1, the battery life only ran 3 - 10 min sessions. And when I was boiling the parts to sterilize them, they stuck to the pot and got ruined. It was only external so they still worked but it was a bummer for me. I suggest steam sterilizing all the parts including the rubbery ones. 8/10 would definitely recommend as an at-home pump.

As of right now I love it. Compared to the different brand one the hosipital sent me home with, this is 10x better. Its small, compact and powerful. It dosnt hurt my breast and i got more milk from this device compared to the other. I only used it once though. So if anything bad comes up ill update, but if you dont see anything, then it's still working great 😁

I love this pump! After using the Willow with my second born for 6 months I was so frustrated with all the replacement parts I had to purchase so I knew it was time to get a traditional pump and I’m so glad I went with this one! The suction is comfortable and phenomenal, I get to walk around and have free hands while I pump, and it goes directly into my babies favorite bottles! Although I will say it’s way cheaper on BuyBuyBaby!

LOVE this pump for on the go. Suction is good and the size is great. I wanted to love the flanges that came with but I just don’t get great output and it’s hard to see if you have the right positioning. I just use my spectra flanges and they work great. I really like that it automatically switches from stimulation mode to expression and gradually increases suction (though you can adjust all of this manually with the buttons). Battery life could be a little better but I just make sure I have the charger with me. The battery has been lasting longer than what I’ve seen other reviews report. The little belt to use with the pump is a plus if you want to move around.

When my baby had problems latching but I did not want to supplement with formula this pump saved me!! It allowed me to keep my supply going and to feed my baby with my milk. I absolutely like the waistband that allows you to move freely around the house. I also like that it is very lightweight.

*edited* I ended up just sending this back after about a month. The charging cord stop working on the replacement one too and on top of that it overheats like crazy and shuts off with an error message randomly. Too much hassle for a pump this expensive. *original review*If this was a review based solely on the pump itself the review would be higher, but as other reviews pointed out, the charging cord is faulty and the one size fits all flanges are a nice idea but not as effective as their earlier model flanges. Two days in I had to put in for a replacement bc the cord flaked out on me, and when I hooked it up to a compatible charger (micro SD) I got an error message and while it would mostly stay on while plugged, it didn't actually charge so the one that comes with the pump is necessary. Luckily Amazon is good about replacements so i only had to last a day and a half before the new one came in. Also, the parts from the previous model are compatible with this new one, so I was able to swap out the flanges and have everything work really well. That being said, I don't think it would be fair to give a review based upon improvements I made to the item that others may not have access to. The actual pump itself I'd give a five, but the components bring down the review.

Great pump.. until it overheats and errors out! And flange is NOT one size!

I really liked this pump. I had it for less than a month, then it started to over heat and would shut off after only a few minutes with an error message. After reading so many other reviews with the same problem, I returned it. I did like the flanges as well for ease of cleaning, but the silicone they used was very uncomfortable, I had to wear a beaugen cushion or it would tug so hard on my skin that I bled around my areola! And it's definitely not one size, I'm two different sizes (my left is 17mm, my right is 21mm) so it would cause blisters on my left side. So many issues.. I had such high hopes because I love Avent. Their bottles are my absolute favorite, and the sterilizer/dryer is a DREAM!
