This arrived so quickly. Between my husband and myself, it took 2 hrs to unbox, unwrap, and setup this patio set. The seats are solid and sturdy and the screw holes actually line up so everything came together nicely. The hardware kit comes with a wrench and a manual socket. (We used a cordless with a socket~made it easier.) The seat cushions say 5.5” thick but they are compacted when shipped. Most of them puffed up fully. One is a little flat but hopefully puffs up within 48 hrs. They’re firm cushions too. The back cushions are not as puffy as the pictures but still quite comfy. I’m adding throw pillows so we’ll have those for more support if needed. It looks very nice and feels like it will last a while. ... show more

This is a very nice, solid, functional, attractive, and quality patio sectional. It was very easy to assemble with the right tools. We had ordered a 6 six seat sectional made mostly of rattan wicker but one of the seats was bent and it just didn’t look like quality material. It cost less and it showed. I am so happy with my purchase! Delivery was quick, even ahead of schedule.. Arrived with all necessary pieces and hardware. The instructions and illustrations are very clear. The set up is super easy.This set is well made and pretty. The cushions are super soft. Super comfortable! Love it!

We put this patio furniture in our backyard. It’s beautiful and is just perfect for the outdoor area. It took a while to put together but in the end was worth it. I love the thickness and firmness of the cushions.

I'd give the customer service over 5 stars if possible! It was the best I've received on Amazon. I strongly recommend this seller. Unfortunately the product was extremely difficult to put together. I'd give it 1 star based on the quality control but 5 stars on quality of materials used. The metal used is good. The seat cushions are also good. The manufacturing is awful. The table was simple to put together. The couch requires more than one person to assemble. It's neither easy nor hard to do. We are very happy with it! But the chairs with our specific set were a problem. I would suggest putting these together first in case a return needs to be done and this isn't an isolated issue. Unfortunately we didn't do this so we are stuck with a half working set. One chair had a bottom piece welded on backwards. We were able to make it work. But it doesn't look as nice as it should. And one chair pushes you forward due to the bottom piece being welded backwards which couldn't be changed. It is functional and safe to use. But one chair is not comfortable which is so disappointing. Both chairs had holes which were not aligned which made it very difficult to put together. Two holes were not drilled through and could not accept the bolts. Thankfully we had a drill which could correctly adjust this. The combined problems made assembly frustrating and very time consuming. Now that the set is up, it's useable. ... show more
