    • You need time to set it up. Not easy... but Beautiful results when done.
The set is definitely Gorgeous!!! Table was easy to put together, the chairs were not. Very heavy, and hard to hold togetherwhile puttingthe many screws in.... I am still waiting on 2 of the chairs. Ugh!!! The cushions do Not come off. Bummer, that was one of the reviews I liked.

Let me start by saying I only write reviews if a product and Customer Service is amazing or terrible. #1-This product had one rating and no reviews. Which made me extremely hesitant to purchase this patio set. #2-The photo does not do this patio set justice. This patio set is absolutely gorgeous and the quality is heavy duty! The chairs and cushions are extremely comfortable. I love the fact that the leaf is built into the table. I purchased the Burgundy. #3- The patio set arrived with the table in one box and four boxes with two chairs in each box. #4-I suggest you definitely purchase for the set to be assembled. #5-Once the patio set was put together, I did a look over and noticed some surface scratches and dents. Even though these were minor it was upsetting because the set is so expensive. It was obvious this occurred during manufacturing. #6-I contacted Amazon customer service and I was put in contact with the seller. The seller reached out to me immediately and requested photos which I emailed. #7-The seller was extremely quick responding once the photos were received. #8-After some negotiation the seller refunded me $425.00. #9-I would absolutely purchase from this seller again. ... show more
