I took CRI measurements since I hadn't seen anything written. All tests were in a black room with this light as the only light source. An opple light master pro 3 was used for the measurements, and was just placed on a table under the light as I switched CCTs. 3000K: Measured as 2950K, 79CRI, 0.0036 duv (x = 0.4466, y= 0.4166, u = 0.2514, v = 0.3518) 4000K: Measured as 3600K, 80CRI, 0.0021 duv (x = 0.4018, y = 0.3938, u = 0.2322, v = 0.3413) 5000K: Measured as 4500K, 78CRI, 0.0052 duv (x = 0.3620, y = 0.3752, u = 0.2136, v = 0.3321) The duv on all is acceptable, although not great. I'd personally like to see the duv be neutral to slightly negative, but as they're all ยฑ0.006 from neutral it's...okay. Similarly, the CRI is acceptable, although not great. 90+ is ideal, but this light is definitely cheap. ... show more

My husband installed this pretty easily. I will say that twisting it on can be a puzzle lol. My husband didnโ€™t know we could change the brightness until I told him that there was a little switch. I love how itโ€™s flush and upgrades this olโ€™ 1980 house we bought! Not to mention, it comes with 2 for such a good price compared to Lowes or Home Depot. Highly recommend! ... show more

Good light for the money. I like the 3000K setting; peachy and soft. The light is a bit difficult to install; not in terms of understanding but just to get it to twist on. I ended up opening the clasps a bit both on the base and the light so they would slide together more easily. That left it a bit wobbly but otherwise it wasn't going to go on.
